“They have excellent food. The chips and shells are particularly well done and the rice is fluffy and delicious. The only problem is that the salsa is subpar, quite bitter and not tasty. The salsa alone is what keeps this from being a monthly consideration to a quarterly option. Compared to their outstanding chips, the salsa is beyond a disappointment and more of an a disgrace. The entrees are well portioned and come out hot. Service is typical.“

“My husband and I live several hours away in Ohio but we come back every October to Marietta to visit family. It’s always around our wedding anniversary. We have been coming to The Galley to celebrate for the past six years as a tradition and each visit is amazing. Our supper on Friday 10/25 was no exception. Everything from the appetizers and drinks to the entrees and desert was scrumptious and our server Dustin was excellent. He truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Our waitress was an absolute gem and the manager came over to express her sympathy to us and give us a smile. When we went to pay we were told our meal was on the house. We’ve always loved Outback and this extremely kind act is a reason why.“

“Sally and the team at House of Wines put a beautiful catering spread together for our anniversary party. All of the food was excellent with a great presentation. The anti-pasta shrimp skewers and the deviled eggs were the main hits, but everything was excellent. It was very reasonably priced, and delicious. Highly recommend! “The agency I work for hosts seminars at Colombo’s several times a year. We absolutely love it! Out of the dozen+ restaurants we’ve used for seminars, this one is truly a well-oiled machine. Not only is their food delicious, but their customer service is top tier. Our party sizes range from 20-40 people, and they handle it like pros every single time. Although I live an hour and 1/2 from Parkersburg, Colombo’s was still my choice for Valentine’s Day dinner. Can’t say enough good things about this place 😃“

“I am not a typical bar person. I was looking for the best restaurants in Parkersburg and this place was towards the top of the list. I looked over the menu and was surprised at how many different options they had. I had the thick cut bologna sandwich. Wow, when they say thick cut, they mean thick cut. It was atleast a quarter of an inch thick. The downside was that it was just the sandwich. There were no sides. I this was a shame because the sandwich itself was over $7. But, I could not complain too much because it was very good. The sides are extra, but they come in huge portions to share with the whole table. I was in a group of 6 adults. The wedges were more than enough for everyone. Our waitress was great and was helpful with the menu. Some of the menu was a little hard to navigate, but she was great in explaining everything.“

“Literally the best experience I’ve had at ANY Texas Roadhouse. The food was PHENOMENAL. Their steak marinade for the steak kabobs will definitely be hard to top. Whoever’s working in the kitchen knows what they’re doing. Additionally, our waitress was AMAZING. She was confident, quick, made sure we had everything we need. It was like she knew what we needed before we did. The whole experience was wonderful. The peanuts, the rolls, the food itself, the waitress, the atmosphere. We had an awesome time.“

I've been wanting to try them for quite some time, but I only recently got around to doing so. And in fact, it was Christmas evening when I was driving through the area that I had a hankering for pizza.“

Because their commercials are stuck in my skull. Ham and cheese was good with a very buttery bun which I like. My chili fries were a giant portion and delicious if a little gloppy. My only concern was the gentleman taking my order missed how long my order would take by a half hour.“
