“We ate here because we were passing through town and it was open on New Year’s Day. We loved it! We got a pot of tea, cashew shrimp, and beef lo mein. The shrimp and veggies were both cooked perfectly. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. Would definitely eat here again if the chance arises.“

“Like having dinner with your friends from Mexico. I was working the summer on the interstate. Living in a hotel down the street from this place. Went to dinner there one day. It was so good and the family was amazing. We went there almost every night all summer. I live two hours away from Evanston now, but still make the trip several times a year just to see my friends and have the best Mexican food I have ever had, and I have traveled all over the place. You will not be disappointed. I recommend the the asada smothered burrito.“
