“Street Wok is an excellent choice if you’re looking for standard Chinese food done exceptionally well. All the regular go-to’s are fresh and well-flavored - sesame chicken, orange chicken, won-ton soup etc. The food is several notches above the usual fare you’ll fine in most US cities. Located in an unremarkable strip mall with basic, almost barren decor, it’s easy to miss. Most people seem to do to-go orders, and the dine-in experience includes a looping Chinese song that played a minimum 12 times during our 30 minute lunch :-)“

“This place took over what used to be Pot & Spicy. The interior is pretty much the same - nice and simple. The food offerings was a bit similar to before. We ordered a few skewers and a bowl of Beef Golden Soup to share. The server was friendly and quick to get our order in. The bacon needle mushroom and beef skewers were tasty, as well as the chicken heart skewers. The popcorn chicken could have used a better batter, in my opinion. It was more of a panko coat to it and needed more spice to it. The Beef Golden Soup was flavorful, and I enjoyed it.“

“One of my top 5 favorite place to eat in PDX. The sesame noodles are bright, fresh, and chewy. Served chilled and perfect for summer time. The pork is tender and perfectly seasoned.I have a difficult time finding food that's not too spicy (seems a current PDX trend). They balance it perfectly. I'd more or less given up on enjoying that mouth numbing delightfulness of the Sichuan peppercorn without being blasted with the heat of a million chilies. But they've found the sweet spot. Prices on par with other places in the area. Plus you can enjoy the food in their neighboring establishment, Holy Ghost.I highly recommend paring any noodle dish with the 5min Gin Fizz!“

“Went to Xin Ding for dinner. The vibe was giving sports bar, which was great for us because we had just finished a hike and were looking for a quick spot to eat. The food was good, the vegetable dumplings and the Pork Xiao Long were our favorite dumplings. The orange chicken and sesame chicken were ok, felt like they could have had a little more flavor. The chicken fried rice was really good! The portion sizes were huge which we always love lol. Service was great, the waiters were attentive and friendly.“

“Stopped here for my lunch break. I'm glad I did. I really enjoy some good teriyaki. And this was pretty much exactly what I was craving. It was around 11:30 and there were maybe 5 people waiting for there food to go. I ordered the Spicy yakisoba chicken. It came out pretty quick. For the price point and quality I loved it. I came with some veggies. Do wish the loaded them up a little more. The noodles were good. The chicken was moist and had good flavor. I will be back for sure. I guess the only other thing I would say is since I love condiments for my teiyaki I wish they had more options other than teriyaki sauce and sriracha. Maybe peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce and the chili garlic sauce. Anyways if you haven't tried them you should“

“A family favorite! We eat here several time a month.Dietary restrictions: As a person allergic to chicken, I love this place because there is no chicken used ever! I know that sounds crazy but it’s hard to find a good soup place that doesn’t use chicken bones.“

“Make sure you find the menu and check what they are selling for the day. They will usually have 2 kinds of noodles they serve with different broth and topping..What brought me here was, I wanted to come here and try the curry chicken vietnamese pho style, but they only serve that on Fri and Sat..They have family restaurants a total of 3 or 4, but only this location open on Monday..When I walked in around 3, they had 2 options of pho. I chose the pho ga which is chicken noodle soup..Pho broth is savory, clean, comforting, and flavorful. My white friends ? doesn't understand why it is good when I told them. So they watched me eat. And then they finally had a sip of the broth they were like wow. It's good chicken broth and my second favorite I have taste. My all time favorite is still in Sacramento ca, pho anh dao for chicken pho..Price was 16.50 for the pho which is high. The quality of the bowl of soup and noodles really made up for it. During the whole trip I needed something comforting, I was missing my soups and asian eats..Overall it was casual restaurant for a lone eating experience. There is a nice parking lot with free parking. Hope this review helps and let me know what you like or I missed out on while in portland. Thanks for reading. Have a yelptastic day.“

“Just had this place for the first time last night and it was awesome. We had the pad thai, pad see ew, fried rice, red curry, and chicken wings. It was all great. The wings were especially good. The curry was a little spicy for the kids, but I loved it. I am glad this place is in the neighborhood, and I'll definitely be going back. I loved the veggies they added to all the dishes.“

“I have nothing bad to say about my experience at OK Noodle. It was everything I wanted from a noodle shop, and then some! The noodles were perfect, (both in the ramen and the fried noodles), the potstickers were freshly made, and the surprise stunner was the cucumber salad. It was so fresh and flavorful. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was happy.I will definitely be coming back!“

“Good vibes, great cocktails, and delicious food—what more can you ask for? The prices are also pretty reasonable, although you will need to order a few plates to get “full.” Unsurprisingly, it’s a popular place so expect to wait 30 mins to an hour if you don’t get here early. In any case, we will definitely be adding this to our list of frequent Portland nighttime spots for snack and drinks.“

“Stopped in for a quick lunch and I’m so glad I did! I got the Mongolian Beef Noodle plate and the portion was very generous, the noodles were amazing, beef was tender and the flavor was great. Their chili oil is a bonus I recommend for those who like extra spice and flavor.“

“I come here often especially during racing season. It’s always the best ramen and Udon I can find. Fresh, hot, tasty, and friendly service. It’s not overly priced either for what you get. Small “hole in the wall” place with amazing food, you won’t regret it. I try and introduce as many friends as I can to this place“

“BEST VEGAN Ramen ANYWHERE!! I lived in Southern California where LA & San Diego is known for their superior ramen restaurants. (I mentioned this to the owner of this place and he agreed). I've been to the "best" ramen places around California and Oregon. This ramen is the BEST I've ever had. Hands-down. If you are a vegan, the Tan Tan is just amazing.“

“First time experience, and it was GREAT! While waiting for our large order to go, I couldn't help but notice how clean the place was. I drive by most every day without thinking to stop, but I won't make that mistake anymore. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The woman who took our order was incredibly nice and helpful. The menu is extensive, and my whole family loved the food. We will be back!“

“I have not tried the food, I picked up an order for delivery. The staff is friendly. The young lady who helped is super friendly and helpful. They have a super clean establishment. “I like spicey food, but not I hurt you spicey. When we ordered our food, the rating for spicey was mild, medium, or hot. I went with medium. Our waitress was like, you could do a medium +, ".... sounds like a dare Harry."... Ill do it. My chicken pad se ewe cane out great, pnut sauce flavorful, and the drink I has, the whiskey and ginger bits was fantastic. If you like Thai food, hit this place up!“

“Nicely decorated place with friendly staff that checked on us often. It was a Thai restaurant where the new owner now added a bunch of Vietnamese dishes. The pho were flavorful without being to salty. The beef rib pho has a giant piece of rib that satisfies the primal meat urges. The bao and wonton is a SE Asian take so didn't expect true Chinese flavors. That said, they tasted great - the bao had lemongrass pork and wontons in a sweet yet spicy sauce.“

“It's Mio, not really any different than any other Mio aside from the new interior. They are a good small local chain, I've been to them all, even the one in Vancouver. Came to this new location during their pre-opening and it wasn't too busy on weekday evening at 6 PM. Food and service is always consistent. The Oregon Roll with real crab, not imitation Krab with a 'K' is to die for, of course I got one and it was just as good as always. Where Mio always seems to fail is with the Hamachi nigiri, I almost think they're serving Yellow Fin instead of Yellowtail? Two completely different fishes. The Hamachi looks like Yellow Fin, a dull pinkish color and always has a bit of a sour old fishy after taste. Sashimi is often a better a cut and looks appropriate, Yellowtail is an Amberjack and should be more transparent white in color with a red edge and with a clean smooth delicious buttery flavor. This seems to be a consistent issue with sushi places around Portland with exception to Murata and Sinju who do Hamachi nigiri right. In LA this was never an issue either. Otherwise, everything was great and most of the staff was still masking up regardless of no one else, which is doesn't bother me either way. Nice food presentation and clean interior.Came again on recent sunny Friday evening at 5PM and the place packed full with an hour wait and the immediate shared parking lot was pretty full as well, but there's quite a bit of parking if you don't mind parking around the side toward the library. I'm sure Portland's first warm sunny day might of had something to do with the influx. Otherwise, nice to have a Mio with easy parking only a few blocks away from where I live. I definitely see a few more Oregon rolls in my future.Vegetarian options: Several items available with no fish or meats.Dietary restrictions: Can order custom sushi on request and they do have vegetarian options. Free easy lot parking, but can get busy, disabled friendly with no stairs.Parking: Lot is shared, usually pretty easy but does get busy during prime hours and nice weather. Extra parking spots on side of building and in overflow lot where library is.Kid-friendliness: Sure, kids are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy, everything is flat and spaced out well. Two disabled parking spots just out front of doors (can get busy), newer construction and sidewalks.“

“My favorite kung pao chicken meal in all of Portland. Egg Flour soup is also delicious! You get a TON of food too! Enough for multiple meals. The couple who works this food truck are really nice and kind. Very hard working too! Sometimes it takes awhile but it's all fresh to order. They also have lunch specials that are a fantastic option for lunchtime! I've been a few times and taken friends here when in town.“

“Don’t believe the half rate reviews — This is one of Oregon’s best places to get pho. Quick, tons of fresh toppings. Take a chance and try some of their other soups and dishes… You won’t be disappointed. Also, if you order a dish with bread, you’re likely to get a loaf *just baked* at Lanvin, directly next-door!“

“Crazy delicious food. Very reasonably priced. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is upscale with a picturesque bar and friendly service. The food has satisfying portions and packs in a ton of flavor. The noodles of the pad sew ew in particular are bingeworthy with tender cuts of meat and fresh broccoli. “Best chow fun in town. Can't get fresher noodles anywhere because they supply most of the Chinese restaurants and stores in town with their noodles. Their fried rice is really good, too. They also make their own tofu, both fresh and fried. Their rice noodle rolls are good, too. just have to get their early in the day because they sell out fast. The owners are some of the nicest people and work extremely hard. Love giving them my business.“

“Din Tai Fung in Bellevue and Seattle are two of my favorite restaurants. The Portland location is much more elegant inside but offers similarly impressive food and service. Note that the mall it's inside of is small but beautiful and has plenty of security to prevent crime. Highly recommended.“

“This is a top 3 Portland ramen spot. For all you meat eaters get the tonkatsu shoyu or shoyu red with extra pork bits on top. They're crispy, well seasoned, and super filling. “A solid 3.6 Four months open now, it was the WW that had me cancelling Din Tai Feng and coming here instead. Husband and wife team at the helm-- was told by kind server that he is fluent in Vietnamese?!? What----- he must certainly have lived abroad. The space is exquisite-- best looking Viet joint I've ever been in-- the menu stationery and rice paper overlay so gorgeous-- Oblation worthy. The ca phe and the food---- so, so expensive for what you get! And I live in the Bay Area! The food and the cooking and the skulls are solid. But I m not sure they can sustain such a high high price point--- eapxaillyC they ain't in Nob Hill or Alberta--- is on SE Ash , with a paper supply store next door.... The environs cannot warrant the menu's prices. With items even as high as $65, and coffee drinks at $8-10, and pho from $20-24, my eyebrows are raised. But Hanoi style food I did try, and the menu has wonderful detailed explanations of the dishes. So cool Bathroom is outside and shared communally-- #02505! PS the pork belly was PERFECT.“

“I'm so glad my husband and I stumbled upon this mom and pop restaurant. I was craving for wonton soup and saw this place on the way home and decided to try and have early dinner here. The place is small with few tables but it's very clean and a nice friendly staff greet us by the door. We ordered wonton and dumpling soup, pork BBQ steam bun, pork roast and pork BBQ combination rice plate, roast duck and beef brisket combination dry noodles. The food reminded me of my father's cooking, since he passed away I've been missing him so much and these food just reminds me of him. The food we ordered tasted like a home cooked meal. My father was a great cook and his love language was cooking for his family and the food here reminds me of him, like a warm hug. Thank you for this experience, the food here not only feed my hunger but also feed my heart. I will definitely return here. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for an authentic Chinese BBQ and noodle place.“

“The food was fresh and tasty. I appreciated the quantity of the servings and I was particularly impressed with the halibut. I regret not ordering that dish (Three Flavors Halibut?) and I look forward to doing so upon my next visit. What I didn't enjoy were the obvious chunks of missing dishware in the plates and bowls that were used to serve our meals in. As a restaurateur, especially an ASIAN restaurateur, they should know better than to serve their finely prepared cuisine in badly damaged dishware to their guests. It is not only insulting to the guest but also to the hard working kitchen staff who created the dishes with such care, creativity and love.“

“Great little Thai spot! We've been going here for years, mostly to-go, as the inside is a little small, and we live real close by. Very consistent food and they have a larger menu than some other places, and gems like their BBQ chicken with sticky rice is a real treat. And when they say spicy, they mean it, which is great! But, can order no or medium too, obviously. Totally Thai hot, though. Another real stunner is their papaya salad, fresh, sour, sweet and fish sauce heavy, yum! Big portions here too, so another plus, and no lack in flavor or quality. Prices are what I would call fair, I don't think anything, in these times, is over-priced. Apps (except a combo), are under 10$ and mains between 10$ (smaller soup) and 18$ on the high end for seafood or duck. Sometimes, especially on a first order, they will include a little extra gift in your order, two (more as it seems it's per dish ordered, so one per person) nice and hot little spring rolls for free! Very nice touch and appreciated, as it shows that they love their customers and want them to return!“

“I came here a while ago to pick up an order for a college Asian Pacific Islander Student Union event. Walking in, the inside of the restaurant was fairly spacious with lots of seating. The owners were quickly wrapping up the order (I was a bit early). They were both super friendly, fun to talk to, and kind. It was nice to hear about how their business is, and makes me want to support their family-owned business. We ordered pancit and lumpia and both were delicious. They were a huge hit with lots of students and the portions were a lot more filling than expected. Would love to come back again and try their food in-store.“

“The place is in cartlandia. The entrance can be missed if not familiar with the area. Multiple outdoor seating are available. There is also indoor seating option. You’ll have to get the code from the vendor whom you bought your food. The place can get crowded during busy hours. The ramen miso broth was good. The pork content was a LOT as compared to other places that I have been to. Maybe the vendor just felt being generous when ordered.Be mindful of the birds when you sit outside.
