“Finally went during late dinner hour Sunday night - 3 cars ahead, 2 behind. Placed my order for my nieces, my sister-in-law, and forgot mine. So I was worried about ordering mine at the window at such a busy, but the girl at the drive-thru was friendly, hilarious, and reassuring. They assembled everything quickly, it was hot, complete, and I was on my way.I usually stop by at off peak times so it's always fast and decent - today was exceptionally fast.I tried to call, but it was the fax line - the only listed online number, so I took my compliment here.Keep up the good work - Tks all!“

“Very slow service at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. Once I got to the window to pick up a burger and drink it was another 10 minutes so much for fast food. Burger was not as ordered fries were actually cold. Not a place I will return too. Give me Burger King 🤴“

“Okay, my fiancé and I go a lot to the hamburg location never ever have a issue… unfortunately today on a Monday night we both got caught up in work late in the night so we went to the location downtown to grab food togo. When arriving home (a 25 minute drive) and opened bag there was No sauce and 6 sides of pickles that wasn’t asked for instead…. Called back right away and asked for a manger (emily), Emily was not only upset and frustrated with us because we are HUGE sauce people but also wanting to fix the issue right away.. we paid cash and opted for a e-gift card, Emily Right away emailed us $50 for our next visit. My fiancé and I had really hard day today and she made a bad day turn to a good ending,“

“On Father’s Day, my other half wanted a burger. We came across we the finest burger company (WTF Burger) in Niagara Falls decided to give it a try! We are so glad that we did! The two burgers that we got were amazingly delicious! Probably the best burger we ever had! The staff was also very friendly and you can tell they were happy to be working! Keep up the amazing work! Hopefully next time we stop by you’ll have sides that we could try. (You guys were so busy. You ran out of sides lol)“

“My daughter found this on our trip we always try to find something we do not have back home and this was the spot . When I say hands down the best burger I have had we ordered the loaded fries to share and as my daughter says mom ... this is awesome . the staff was amazing and the cook even came out and talked . “ Wallahi the falafel is the best I’ve ever had that I didn’t make myself! It’s so worth crossing the border and leaving the US for. The owner is alway kind and friendly, welcoming you like family. Everything I’ve eaten there has been fresh and delicious. Being a vegetarian sometimes finding healthy/tasty options aren’t easy, but it’s not a problem at RG’s! I haven’t been in some time but when I do go I bring food home with me for the next day and it always stays fresh. The white sauce, falafel and fries are my go to! Wish we had you here in the states!“

“Just left a glowing 5-star review based on JT's pizza. However, JT's wings and blue-cheese dipping sauce were so good, they compeled their own review. Our first Buffalo-destination in July 2025 was a "bar" known for their creation of Buffalo-wings. When we return in July 2026, JT's will be our first Buffalo-destination for wings. Large fully-cooked chicken wing drumettes and flats. The size required 4-5 adult mouth-fulls to get to the bare-bones. Scrumptious, tender, moist chicken meat inside a crispy outer covering, hand shaken in unique inspired sauces. Perfection defined for Buffalo-wings. JT's is a must for those who appreciate the best Buffalo-wing experience. Try them once, you will not find their equal in Buffalo ( or any other place ). LMAO! The JT's wings experience ruined our desire for wings anywhere else. Just saying, save your Buffalo-wing cravings for a visit to JT's.“

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“We were hungry after visiting Niagara Falls and found Rok’s as we drove by. We had the Yang nyum and the Kal Bi fried chicken meals, they came with fries and radishes. I can’t even put into words how tasty both flavors were, everyone enjoyed it. I even dreamt about it for a few days afterwards, it was that good. I live in Maryland and I’m thinking about driving back to Canada just for this chicken!! Come to the US please.“

“I go to Anderson’s on Sheridan almost every Monday or Wednesday for lunch. I’m a creature of habit and always get the same thing. Beef on weck, hot sauce on the side, large fry. As soon as I walk up to the register, the super friendly staff already knows my order and name! They’ve even carried my food out to my table for me on a slower day for them! I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, food is great, service is quick, even when they are understaffed- nobody is ever just standing around. I’d recommend going to the Sheridan Drive Anderson’s to anyone! And order whatever you want! You can’t go wrong!“

“We've gone to Taylors since January of 2021 and had been consistently since then. Food is hit or miss, the cookie skillet is AMAZING and the pretzel and poutine is to die for. I've not had a good experience with their soups, but that's with any restaurant. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Taylors.“

“My husband and I went here for dinner and enjoyed the food. I ordered a chicken patty on a gluten free bun and my husband had a hamburger. They made our meals like we were able to eat them and the portion size was just perfect. There are tables to sit at and a condiment station with ketchup, mustard etc. The staff were friendly and polite too.“

Our server, Brie, was excellent - very attentive, courteous and personable. We shared the lamb burger and an order of moules - both were fabulously delicious. Prices were very reasonable. “I understand BK is going through restructuring. It’s one of my favorite restaurants. Some restaurants don’t understand “Have it your way. YOU RULE. I can order from BK and say no sauce. The driveways need entrance and exit markers the lights are burned out. A customer almost ran into me. The customers vehicle was going through the entrance driveway.
When it should have been going through the exit driveway. That’s because all the exit and entrance signs don’t work.“

“Food was very good. Service was good. The only problem I had was. I was asked if I wanted salt pepper or ketchup. So I said ketchup. They didn't put in any at all. This has happened 2 times now. If you didn't ask me I wouldn't have thought about it. But you asked and didn't do it. I'm not really mad about it but it's just stupid. Next time if your not gonna put ketchup just don't ask me if I want it.“
