“I lived in Ottawa when I had my first beaver 🦫 tail and I did have it on the Rideau Canal while skating ⛸️. So I know if it's a good beaver 🦫 tail or not. I love the beaver 🦫 tails here. They are the real thing. I love the one with cinnamon sugar with lemon 🍋. Though the lemon 🍋 I got in Ottawa were wedges and here they are small pieces. I suggest giving wedges. Because it's not enough to put over the whole beaver tail. But besides that the decor is really great and service is good 👍🏻 too.“

“WOW! Haiway Kitchen was so so so delicious. The new owner Hai keeps everything fresh with the pho broth made daily. The banh mi’s were super fluffy and flavourful. They have a unique twist to all their menu items.
I tried the specialty pho and ate it with the pickled garlic, along with the specialty hoi anh banh mi.
There’s nothing like this place in Calgary. 100000/10 recommend!“

“Such wonderful staff, their Cinnabun latte is incredible! I also had their cakecicles which are out of this world, and now their Dubai Chocolate- absolutely amazing! Its like it was flown straight from Dubai, its the real deal! Nobody can beat this in town. While most companies are cutting corners, 8 Cakes uses the authentic ingredients the famous FIX chocolate invented in Dubai. With actual pistachio, cocoa butter, Sesame paste, chocolate liqueur, vanilla and Katafi.
As a former chef, I haven't tasted a Dubai Chocolate bar in town that comes anywhere near close the original- except for 8 Cakes Bake Shoppe. You must try it! While other companies are cutting corners with huge amounts of Canola Oil and way too much sugar - 8 Cakes has remained true to the original inspired recipe and doesn't cut any corners. Their pastry cheffing emulates excellence and a true passion for their art and craft.“

“This is my second attempt at a crumbl cookie. The first was not good. Just goes to show location is important. This store was so bright. Lots of people working very happy to help and explain things. They offered money saving. Cookies were amazing but expensive. I would recommend skipping the deerfoot meadows location and drive to this one. Thank you for the awesome service 😀“

“I could probably eat 10 of these fluffy pancakes . They’re super delicious and a good texture. Although it’s quite a wait for the food, it’s to be expected since they are so thick. Definitely a nice spot for a quiet weekday lunch.“

“Stopped by today as I had heard they had quiche. Picked up 3 along with 2 desert pastries. This is going to become a regular place for me. A very quaint (already decorated for Christmas) cafe shop with limited seating within. Loved the decor and cozy feel. All homemade delights made by the master Dad. This is a family run business. Food and pastries just delicious.“
