My go-to Tims when I'm in the area. We do a company breakfast for the guys at the shop. The tims team does a great job. We order for 14 to 19 people and the food and coffee are still nice and warm after a 7 minute. Food is always ready on time and order is correct. Managers get to know you and are very friendly. The one manager runs a few restaurants and is always willing to help even touches base with me after orders to make sure everthing is up to my expectations.
Very polite,great communication skills and clean manager ? Or supervisor....she is very capable and willing to help ? same time ppl challenge her, b/c of the way she dress for me always makes me smile.....Great job keep it up.

Terrible service today. Waited at speaker for 5 minutes. They gave me the wrong order and because of the wait I was late returning back to work. Also over charged. I go here 4 times a week.
