Today at about 6pm I was helped by a man with black hair and a blue dq tee, his service was excellent and he was very respectful. The food was up to my expectations and was portioned well, ice cream was set up amazingly. Absolutely no complaints, always liked coming to this one, the staff are extremely hospitable at this location.“

“Staff here went above and beyond for us after our card was declining. We finally figured it out; it was totally not their fault at all but they still gave us some extra upgrades on our order and they gave us outstanding service. Definitely a great experience here and lovely staff :)“

“Had a great experience today! I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, a Hibiscus Lemonade Sparkler, and a Mini Strawberry Angel Food Cake Blizzard. Everything was fresh, delicious, and made exactly right. The chicken sandwich was crispy and flavorful, the drink was super refreshing, and the Blizzard was the perfect sweet treat. The staff were friendly, quick, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for making my visit enjoyable—I’ll definitely be coming back!“

The lady was so kind she was busy but made time for conversation which I appreciated! Today is June 3rd 2026 at probably 1:00 pm afternoon , i tipped her $20 for being a kind person. If you are KIND like my wife always preaches be “KIND” i felt great inside because she was kind person. Collingwood Dairy Queen Edmonton,Alberta i’m not sure of her name but she was working the till ! YOU are very lucky to have her within your company. “The staff was very froendly, the sun room was nice and the best part is that there was physical menu board no screens to flip and change as you are looking and the prices are set and can not change as you watch it. I don't normally rate fast food places but this was refreshing“

“I came into the store on August 13 around 8pm to purchase blizzards for miracle day because the drive thru line was pretty long. I'm glad I did mainly because of the customer service. The young man at the cash register was genuinely very kind and courteous which is something I find is lacking in the service industry these days. I didn't catch his name but I just felt like he deserved some recognition.“

“They ran out of the 8-inch cake that I originally purchased, but the incredibly kind manager, Jennifer, came up to me and went above and beyond by giving me a bigger version instead! She even refunded the $0.25 bag fee because they had run out of bags for the cake.

Outstanding service and an amazing way of handling the situation. Jennifer truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at Dairy Queen! 🍦❤“

The staff is always so nice and helpful and today we went and I wanted to use both my rewards but also my DQ deals and they let me use both in two different transactions without any question! Parking: If busy theres only 10 spots between 3 businesses and construction on 156th makes it difficult at times

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground flloor but the cement blocks/dividers could prove to be challenging to navigate in whelchairs or even for people with walkers“

“Banana split forever. Located in the Londonderry Mall food court this is a great spot for an ice cream treat. I have always enjoyed Dairy Queen’s treats. Now in my late 50’s I can’t remember a time that I haven’t had a DQ treat. My wife and I shared the banana split and enjoyed it. There is lots of seating in the food court and washrooms close by. The service was friendly and quick. We will be back at another time to enjoy the treats.“

“Today around 3:50 PM, I ordered two small vanilla shakes, and I wanted to appreciate the excellent service provided by Hardil. I believe she may have been a new trainee, but she was extremely polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the interaction. She maintained proper hygiene while preparing our order and made sure we had a great experience. The shakes were delicious, and her positive attitude truly made our day better.

I also visited yesterday and ordered a soft drink and a large Mint Oreo, and once again, Hardil provided wonderful service and made us very happy with the experience. It’s always great to see someone so friendly, hardworking, and dedicated to customer service.

Another thing to note is that the food that is supposed to be hot is always hot and fresh, which is so appreciated. All in all, I'd say this is the best DQ location by far.“

“The girl with the pretty nails and silver earrings working in the front on Monday, September 14th was absolutely amazing!! I walked in not knowing which blizzard to try next, she told me about the newest flavours that had just released, and recommended the best selling options. She was very very upbeat and welcoming, and wasn’t rushing me at all when I was being indecisive. Because of her incredible service I decided to round up my total and donated $8 to the Stollery Children’s Hospital!! I let her know she was doing a fantastic job and for her to keep up the great work. “I would like to comment on a staff member from the Westmount location that occasionally works at the 137 Str. and 170 ave location. I've had interactions with her twice in the last few months. I wish Emma worked at your branch full-time.
She great with customers and when she's not busy - I don't see her standing around. - she cleaning windows and tables. It's great to see a young person with ambition.

BTW - the last 2 times the small cheese burger has been luke warm :-( happy tho that the fries are hot.

“Best known for their ice cream treats, we decided to give their hot food a try. We had their single bacon cheese deluxe stackburger, regular crispy chicken sandwich, spicy crispy chicken sandwich and large fries. The burger and chicken sandwiches were quite good, nicely assembled with fresh toppings. They were comparable to the best we’ve had at this price point from a fast food chain. The fries were ok, just average. We ordered at the drive-thru and the person working was friendly and nice. There was a 6 minute wait for the chicken sandwiches. They also offered a pup cup of ice cream for our puppy.“

“I love this DQ. Went in for a cake. Young man working drive thru immediately came over to help me, beautiful smile and so kind, didn’t rush me - I asked him to draw me exactly this on the cake. He actually ATE. Look at that 2. The heart. The house was identical to the one I drew on the sticky note. He nailed it. I laughed so hard. Perfection. Absolutely dead serious, that man has a talent.
