“Too salty and no substance. I feel bloated and gross after eating it but I never feel satisfied, I always want more and it makes me want to overeat. The worst part is, it does taste good yet I always feel physically sick after eating it. Too many calories, salt, sugar and fat in a small serving. And the prices are atrocious, why have the prices gone up 100% in 5 years? I can get a bag of grocereis that last several meals for what you pay for one meal here. I only eat here once every couple of months with my kids so this garbage doesn't become a forbidden fruit when they are older.“

“Had trouble with the app due to first time use in the drive through so we drove to the window and asked for help. The sikh male working at 2 am this morning was reluctant to help and tried to make us go back to reorder ourselves. We explained that after 20 minutes we were.in need of some help and asked jim to assist us.as.we jad ordered 2 mcdouble meals bur he had wanted a large coffee dd and i a medium ice coffee.
We told him several times the issue was we couldn't figure put how to order different drinls.He gave us the total and said to pill ahead to tne next window. When we received our order we were surprised to receive 2 large DD and no ice coffee.. we told him that's not what we had ordered and he said no this was our order. I didn't want hot.coffee nut he said too nad.There was nothing he could do.we Offered to pay any difference and he tjen agreed to give us a small ice coffee. “While im wearing that sweet smelling perfume that I won't give up cuz im still here still holding it steady like a pointer except now its not level cuz I lost it at the corner of a hotel while being labeled double trouble now im banned in and won't go out cuz im not wearing red. After ordering I found out that this special toys is out of stock and wasn’t satisfied to not to get something I came for. “Stopped by this McDonald’s and overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. The service was decent and my order was correct, which is always a plus. The place was clean and the food came out fairly quickly.

“This McDonalds is really nice and one of the only ones that I have been to that has a fireplace! Pretty nice staff that served me quickly and politely. They have a huge parking lot and handicap parking and push buttons for access. The washrooms are clean and have baby changing tables. The interior has almost a designer look. A nice place to take a group our just grab a quick meal.

Parking: Lots of parking right beside in the lot. Nice handicap parking spots right next to the door.

Kid-friendliness: This would be a nice space for birthday parties. It can fit large groups and be comfortable.

“Outstanding Improvement in their customer service lately. Although my order was a little bit late because I was waiting for fresh fries which I don't mind. After all hot fries are the best right? They offered and gave me a free apple pie To show they appreciate my patience. This reminds me of the quality service that was expected and delivered every single day at all McDonald's locations. I hope that this is a return to the old standard and a new normal! Keep up the improved customer service and you'll definitely see me returning a lot more“

“Being in such proximity to busses and the train, this location is ideal for a quick lunch stop, however, it also attracts Etowns not so finest and they tend to sour the atmosphere. Although they mostly keep to themselves.
The staff and food are satisfactory for a McDonald's restaurant. Not expecting Sawmill quality.“

“Went to this McDonald, they messed up my drive thru order, they asked me to come inside so they can fix it. However, they messed up again. The manager came out to talk to me and he helped fixed my issue in a very kind and efficient manner. I could never understand why my Canadian friend raved about McDonalds or understand why it was their favorite fast food place.

I had to try a bakery treat which was cute and delicious.

I also had a grilled chicken wrap because grilled chicken is not on any McDonalds menu in Texas. Maybe if it was a McDonalds menu option in the US, served in multiple ways like Canada Mc Ds , the Chick-fil-A drive through lines wouldn't be so long.“

Parking: Wheel chair spots are a blessing when No other spots available in some other Places Good Thing I have a Sign 4 my Window especially 4 when I drive People with Canes & Walkers & people like me who limp a bit.

Kid-friendliness: Seems like NO special Things 4 kids Any more ALL most ever Where But we are ALL there 2 Eat Aren't We.

Wheelchair accessibility: As above + Cement Ramps usually in good 2 great shape Automatic Doors Nice Wider then Normal Bathroom Doors some Are Even Automatic nice accessible tables NOT 2 close Not 2 far from each Other & some 2 most are Movable 4 Larger Families & Parties.“

“Since I took drive thru at this McDonald's at 3 AM, I was expecting colder food, however, I was pleasantly surprised that the 5-10 min. Wait was well worth it! The food was hot and fresh and well made! It made our weary stomachs very happy after a long evening! 10/10!“

“A noticeable improvement has happened over the last handful of months. The few times my daughter and I have come in to share French fries- the dining room has been consistently cleaner than pre-summer visits. The ladies working are always friendly and they make sure this mama has a well stirred and fresh coffee.

But what makes the 5 star difference is my experience with ordering two drinks on Uber yesterday. There was ice in a drink that was specified to have no ice. After a quick phone call to the restaurant (I also gave praise for sending a phenomenal coffee - seriously - thank you for STIRRING!!), the manager quickly and pleasantly informed me I could stop by for a LARGE replacement drink. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it there yesterday, no big deal... I ordered the same order this morning - low and behold - my drink is a large, not the small that I had paid for, and there's no ice! Another phone call was made to thank the team for the outstanding customer service and the same lady simply said "I saw you didn't come yesterday"

Outstanding. A small gesture like that is huge to someone who has 20+ years with customer service, let alone with about 8 of those from McDonalds when I was much younger.

“This restaurant is owesome. It is clean , coffee is freshly brewed and the food is good. What impressed me most are the friendly and happy team working there. It is a busy restaurant, and all staff have to work hard to meet the demand. They greet customers with genuine and sincere smile which is not easy to find even in restaurants where customers are expected to pay minimum 15 to 20% tips, not to say in fast food restaurant where staff won't get any tips. I am a regular there and I see how they serve their customers. I am almost addicted to go there, because I enjoy seeing such a lively, energetic, kind and happy team. We have a 24 hour Mc Ds here in town and it's one of the few places available to be opened late at night - which is handy when you work all hours of the night and have 3 teen age sons! Unlike some other fast food places, they never get my order wrong, it's always hot and well prepared.“

Even after closing the manager, let me sit there because I was in too much pain to get up. Some of the veteran staff even remember certain customizations without asking which is well above and beyond expectations for fast food and shows the level of quality people that are hired. “Homeless hang out a lot around the place but it's one of the few places left that have a play place inside for the kids. I've even seen them clean it regularly, no dirty stinky spots inside the play place.

Kid-friendliness: Tables may need a wipe down once in a while when eating in but the play place is surprisingly clean, and quiet.“

“June 23/24 Come here somewhat frequently & I find these guys to be pretty great & quick when I mobile order my food. They seem to know my order & make it fresh which is what I love & especially I LOVE HOW THEY MAKE THE SPLASH DRINKS, with just the right amount of syrup. The one thing I won’t understand is why Sundays though they never have the splash drinks available in the evening, but other than that, I actually find this place really good, unlike some other places…. Like the one on Tamarack way which has a better rating but recent reviews say otherwise“
