“Our server Lawrence made our experience so good! He was so funny, casually cracking jokes and laughing with us. Service was prompt and he was always checking in with us and seeing if we wanted refills. 10/10 would go back JUST for Lawrence. You better be reading this. I’ll know if you’re lying (he will find this funny cause he likes to joke LOL)“

“Firstly, as you will no doubt come to the conclusion, on your own, I am very baked. Fear not as this does invalidate my review. I Just think little of reviewing.The pastas are bps quantity, but quality is a level aboveFavorites are picante (its nice and hot) all the cheese for me( it's cheese)This is the most important deserts I rarely find worth it. ***The honey cake I cringe at the price but #1 cake ever! There is a special way to eat this, you eat it first dont sully it's magnificence with little apatite left.Give it a go. This place kept me fed over Christmas break. At this very moment I'm tentatively waiting for skip to deliver!“

“Had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The customer service was absolutely awesome—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Kumar and the team really know the Canadian hospitality. On top of that, the food was fresh and well-prepared. You can tell they put effort into doing a good job every time. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to!“

“We got into Edmonton Airport late from Mexico and were craving a good pizza. We ordered from Royal as they had good reviews and I am happy to add another one. They were very pleasant on the phone, and even mentioned we were able to receive a 10% discount because of our hotel. The food arrived in good time and it was piping hot and was delicious. The pizza was smothered in yummy cheese and had ample toppings, the cheese bread with meat sauce was so good!! The wings came crispy (sauce on the side) and were also very good. Highly recommend this place!!!“

“I do like this location it is a pain to get to when you're coming from 17th Street but I do like this location my first pizza from here was amazing my second one wasn't so great because of the amount of cheese ladies people are trying to live not have a heart attack on their cheat day, I'm just saying take time with the cheese.“

“We always celebrate our son’s birthday at this Boston Pizza with his grandparents, and the service is consistently great. Recently, we ran into an issue with some gift cards we bought for Christmas. The manager, Darryl, personally reached out to explain the situation and happily replaced the cards for us. That is truly amazing customer service. Thank you, Darryl, for going above and beyond to help us!“

“I have eaten here several times. The food is great and the service is 10 out of 10. I had a few beverages and they were very good. However they did a very nice gesture, and offered me a drink on the house, but the problem was I was drinking doubles and the free drink was just a diet pop. Not sure what they were pulling off there. I drank it anyway. Cheers“
