“Terrible service, food is ALWAYS wrong, they make you pull ahead for the tiniest of orders, oh and if you don't tell them you want the contents of your burgers, they probably won't give it to you OR ice in your iced coffee. They'll also give you whatever they decide, never mind if you tell them repeatedly about allgeries. If you ask to speak to a manager they all say they're managers. The worst McDonalds I have ever been to, and it obviously will NEVER change. Oh, and they smashed my side mirror with their debit machine and apparently that's okay, because head office has screwed me around for months. Top shelf people, for sure!“

“Incredible staff and service! Entire staff is pleasant, professional, always sharing a smile and a hello. The job they do is difficult with various customer types and constant lines to deal with both in drive-through and inside restaurant service. My interactions with each and every one in this retail outlet have been over any expectations I would have. I am a "Timies" for life kind of gal and there is NO other coffee I buy so visiting these wonderful employees of Ponoka Tim Hortons everyday is something I look forward too and enjoy. Whomever hired these individuals should have a pat on the back for hiring such a great and hard working team. Well done! There is no other Timies that I have visited in my travels that can match this location. Thank you for all you do.“
