“I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to this time. The gentleman working at the cashier (around 5 this evening) went above and beyond. While I was there, I saw him help a couple of customers who were struggling with their cash—he patiently supported them through counting it. Later, when they had trouble with the pop machine, he noticed right away and stepped in to help again. His kindness and awareness made a real difference.“

“They were backed up and busy when I walked in. The lady behind the till looked stressed and BAM this rock star of an employee emerged from out of no where and took control! Took everyone’s order quickly, effectively, and so friendly! Even to my ummms and ahhhhhhs she kept the same amazing attitude and made recommendations and everything!! She took everyone else’s order. Bam bam bam. Handed out all the skip and under eats orders. Cleared the line up and the waiting area in less than 10 minutes! Super impressed.Food was perfect as always. “Service from the young lady. She had to be called up from the back and she was acting all whiny. We ordered full plated breakfast and I was well on the way to get the coffee before I went and sat down. She kept insisting she would bring it to me when she had time.. I then said I would be willing to wait at the counter to carry my own coffee back to the table. That just got her mad. Managers should review her skills in public. We’ve been going to that A&W for over 30 years..“

“We went through the drive thru. Service was friendly, patient and helpful!

We waited a bit for our food (not long by any means). Order was accurate. Packed nicely. And most importantly delicious and FRESH. HOT FRIES are my favorite.

We used a coupon from the app for a two can done special.

“Wasn't really going to eat here and only parked my car on the parking lot but suddenly my car got stuck in ice, and had to go inside and asked for a cup of hot water to atleast thaw some of the icy parts out. I explained the situation to the crew, I think she's a filipino, what she did was way beyond! not only did she gave me a cup of hot water but she gave me a bucket! not only that she helped me thaw it out until i was able to move my car! talk about going way above and beyond! highly recommend this place just for the service alone , a&w in itself is already great food but with service like that just makes it better, i will b coming back to dine in as a form of saying thank u, besides that their washrooms were really clean and well maintained!! 👍👍 5 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Been coming recently for lunch for their killer 2 topping walk-in pizza deal. Can't beat a fresh medium pizza made in front of me for around 10 bucks. I think some of the other people having issues, it's mix-ups or mistakes when they are busy. They seem to do a lot better when they have room to breathe and you are cool, calm, and patient!“

“My favourite subway in the Spruce/Stony area. They take their time and make well put together sandwiches that don’t fall apart on your first bite. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly plus the atmosphere is bright and clean.
