“I ordered three "the box" meals at Raising Cane's Tikhatnu location the other day, but the food wasn't prepared well. After sending an email, Daisy (the manager) asked me a couple of questions and replaced our meal. It's great to support a business that prioritizes customer service, which is increasingly rare, especially since the pandemic.“

“Food poisoned at the Boniface Taco King March 10th, 2025. I think the open sauces haven't been changed in a while, or the shrimp was bad in my burrito. I threw up multiple times throughout the night into the next morning. Laid in bed all day March 11th I haven't eaten in 24hrs. It's now March 12th, and I'm still on fluids only. This is the first time this has happened to me at one of your locations. I've eaten at other Taco King's and your food is really good, but this past experience was horrible.“

“Poke bowl was delicious added crab salad, kimchi and egg. Husband had noodle bop with beef, radish kimchi, Broccoli, egg and dumplings. Dumplings were cold they took them and made new ones and gave us an extra one for the trouble. We also waited over 15 minutes for our food they apologized with out us having to say a word gave us a coupon for next time. So nice to get service like this.“

“That lady at Lucky kitchen was totally rude.She rolled her eyes on us a few times, for no reason. If she doesn't know how to treat people right, then she shouldn't work in public. It's my first time to visit your store, and that was the impression I got. I am extremely disappointed of her. Remember she's representing your store. Whatever they do, that reflects on you. “Classic of anchorage tbh. I spent three months in Greece recently, and although it isn't the pita and street souvlaki you'd get there.... its still so good. Fresh veggies, all the toppings and sauces you might want to make a tasty stuffed pita“

“They recognized me when I came in the door and had my order mostly ready by the time I got to the line! I have really never had a bad experience at this location and they've always been fast and clean. This location is near an army base and showcases donated patches from retired service members - really cool!“

“Staff is friendly, helpful and all smiles. Haven't been here for awhile and what a great surprise it was. I got the brown rice and quinoa bowl with falafel bites and all the fixings, and an ode to Athens chicken grilled cheese. They were both delicious and I am going back again soon! Don't miss out, go there today, you'll be glad you did!!“

“I go here all the time to pick up lunch for me and my coworkers. This placed used to be terrible and slow. Ever since they brought in the manager guy everything has improved significantly. Not only is the wait time much better, but the quality of their food is also noticeably better. This place is now one of my favorites to grab lunch at and I will for sure be coming back at least once a week.“

“I normally don't like fast food places because they don't pay well the employees and thus they hire people that have no qualifications or goodwill to work, but this specific mc Donalds price me something different. The employees seemed to like it there and the product they have me was what would be expected. It was very good“

“A great alternative to usual fast food. It was understaffed with only one employee- a family of 4 came in and it took 15 -20 minutes to serve them
The Gyro is the preformed slices reheated on a griddle and not fresh sliced off a rotating skewer

“Pretty good for what it is.Decent amount of food for the price. The shrimp pesto is as good as any Italian restaurant in town. Pretty good taste and quality for a takeout/Delivery only place with the food served in a takeout box.I have not tried any of their other dishes or sides.“

“First time in a McDonald's in the US, and second time to this one. While the menu items are the same, this one had one of the best service's ever. Also every item I had was freshly made and hot. XL fries were actually XL fries and full, and not like many places in Europe where the put like 60% of the bag. But yeah, the service was better than most places I've visited.“

“Inside and drive-through were packed. I went through the drive-through and Andrew G (I believe; on my receipt) was extremely polite when asking if id be okay waiting before taking my order, also informing me it’d be a few minutes and then proceeded to transact and hand my food with some of the best manners and such a happy attitude despite the rush and long lines.Something small but really appreciated. Always great service at this location.

“I go to Canes pretty often and they used to give bags when you order a lot, but they do not do that anymore apparently. Now when I go even when I order three-four things, I don’t get a bag and they just stack it and give it to me. It’s very inconvenient. Even the kids meals are not in a bag.“
