Every dish was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. I can’t recommend Jazz Bistro enough — a true gem in Fairbanks.”

Everything was fresh, seasoned perfectly, and packed really well; it was still hot when it arrived. You can tell they put love into their food because the flavor was on point. “THE local hangout in Fairbanks; the cool place local Alaskans want to be for after work beer or to show off to visiting friends and family; the kind of “chill” place that is cool with the younger crowd but comfortable for the older crowd.
Variety of food trucks visit to get your grub on and the beer is first rate.
I don’t know if it would add or detract from HooDoos to have a full pub/tavern kitchen and paved parking lot, so I also don’t know if that’s what is missing…or perhaps it’s just right!”

“This place was amazing! We have been twice so far during our visit to Fairbanks and have had baked potato soup, breakfast burritos, nachos, a brownie, muffin & tea ♥️ It has all been so good. I am vegan and my husband isn’t so it’s always a treat to find a place that’s great for us both. There is a pastry case full of vegan and gf treats & the owner also wrote me a list of other restaurants with vegan options in town. Can’t recommend this place more!”

“Our family loves Summit. They have the best breakfast burritos in town and my husband has tried them all. They also carry allergy friendly treats and as someone with allergies it’s always so nice to have places consider that. We often go out of our way to be able to get our summit fix. If you haven’t checked them out you should.”
