Every dish was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. I can’t recommend Jazz Bistro enough — a true gem in Fairbanks.”

“I’d never tried this place, though heard of it on multiple occasions. Tonight I placed an order through DoorDash, for jerk chicken, baked mac n cheese, and cabbage. Right away the owner (I assume?) called and let me know the jerk chicken available was just a few pieces and there were dry. He offered me to supplement it for a new protein. I picked opted for fried chicken. So right away, customer service is on point. 10/10 The food arrived and I can tell you this is my new favorite spot. The cabbage was something from a dream, as was the chicken. I haven’t tried the other stuff yet, but will shortly. Though I’m the only one in my family who likes spicy food, you can bet I’ll be going there regardless. WOW!!”

“Blue Roof is our Saturday spot. Literally, every Saturday because the burgers are the best in town, and the fries are the eighth wonder of the world! YUM.”

“Pad Kee Mao is my favorite comfort dish and I am always trying new spots wherever I travel to see their rendition. This place nailed it! Nice thicker noodles, all the flavors were there. Ordered it spicy and was pleased to see fresh serrano chiles thrown in instead of spicy paste. My wife got the Duck pho... that seriously was the best we have ever had in our lives. We lived in San Francisco for almost 10 years and tried plenty of it, but Siam Square has the best guaranteed. The broth was umami, sweet, rich, had depth... the duck was so tender and cooked perfectly.
I can tell it's ran by a sweet family dedicated to their passion of cooking. With so many Thai options curiously available in Fairbanks, this place definitely is a top contender ?”
