We spent less money here than we would at Taco Bell or McDonald's! If I lived over by it, I would literally eat here every day!!! I got fried catfish, the Cajun ranch fries and a small chicken salad. Good Lord I've NEVER had a salad THAT good before!!! And I'm 54 yo!! It has a ton of stuff in it!!! My husband got the same Cajun fried and a gyro that was amazing as well!!! I completely forgot to take pictures. But trust me, it's worth it! I can't believe they weren't more busy at 5 pm on a Saturday. We were the only ones dining in. “I would've loved to have shared a photo, but i ate it so fast, taking a photo of it was an after thought. I ordered this for lunch, which was a 17 minute drive from my office. The time I received to pick it up was for 15 minutes. And to my surprise, after a 5 minute drive, I received notification that my order was ready.
When I arrived, the parking was adequate and the people greeted me upon entrance. Even after the 15 minute drive back to my office, the food was delicious. I had the lemon rosemary chicken over rice and the apple havarti side salad. The chicken was moist and tender…and the salad was fresh and the flavors worked together perfectly. My only complaint is the google directions take you the wrong way once you get into the community. But that’s on Google, not on this establishment! I will definitely be back.

Would love to review the food. Showed up at 9:30 from out of town on recommendation. Stood at the window for about 10 minutes, was acknowledged with a “What’s your name?” said I hadn’t ordered yet, and was told “Kitchen’s fuckin’ closed.”“

“🤩🤩This is my go-to location for IHOP and it’s simply the best. I usually order delivery and the food presentation and quality is top tier, I always get exactly what I ordered. The chefs are superb, I’ve never had a bad experience, I usually order the same munchies every time and each time I can tell they care. Without asking they usually provide extra napkins, condiments and the food has a sticker on it so I know no one opened it. “Green Acres always hits. It may be crowded, but it’s always worth the wait. I ordered the 6 Piece ATW (All The Way) add Lemon Pepper, and the wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The ATW sauce was already on point, and the lemon pepper just made it even better.

Service moved pretty quickly despite the crowd, and the food came out fresh every time. It never disappoints, and I’ll always be back.“
