The manager Aubrey quickly figured out how to organize the transaction and remained patient and friendly through the process. I appreciated the outstanding customer service. We were able to get breakfast and a stash of various pastries. All in all, it was a good compensation for an extended layover and resulted in far more value than buying anything at the airport.

“Okay as someone who LOVES acai bowls and have had them at multiple different places in different cities, I must admit that Farm Bowl and Juice Company has the best and cutest açaí bowls I've ever had! I've been twice so far since the opening and it taste amazing, I wish I could afford to eat it every single day! I love the atmosphere as well. I normally go to other juice bars and açaí places in Tuscaloosa, but Farm Bowls is so much closer to my home. So between it being close to home, the best açaí bowls ever, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere, I am SOLD!“

“First time to try this place. I can't believe the wide array of food they serve. It comes to you hot, fresh and delicious!!! I had gotten a Groupon that I'm very thankful for!!! We spent less money here than we would at Taco Bell or McDonald's! If I lived over by it, I would literally eat here every day!!! I got fried catfish, the Cajun ranch fries and a small chicken salad. Good Lord I've NEVER had a salad THAT good before!!! And I'm 54 yo!! It has a ton of stuff in it!!! My husband got the same Cajun fried and a gyro that was amazing as well!!! I completely forgot to take pictures. But trust me, it's worth it! I can't believe they weren't more busy at 5 pm on a Saturday. We were the only ones dining in. But a few people came in for to go orders.“

Would love to review the food. Showed up at 9:30 from out of town on recommendation. Stood at the window for about 10 minutes, was acknowledged with a “What’s your name?” said I hadn’t ordered yet, and was told “Kitchen’s fuckin’ closed.”“

Tuscaloosa might need to be a thought for Cajun Steamer to open up because God knows Tuscaloosa lacks good food. “My son and I stopped in for breakfast after not visiting this location for a few years. It was just as busy as we remembered, but thankfully, we did not have to wait for a table.

Our server was Gonzalo, if I am remembering the spelling correctly. He greeted us promptly, took our drink orders, and gave us plenty of time to browse the extensive menu before deciding what we wanted.

Despite how busy the restaurant was, our food arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and everything was delicious. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese anytime tacos and ordered a side of avocado. So yummy!! In my opinion, it is a far better choice than Waffle House for breakfast. I mean, they have several syrups to choose from! Yum!“

When i go back home to Birmingham i remember the days of going downtown for a haircut and then going over to this restaurant for a 6 piece wing meal all the way! It comes with fries and white bread smothered in ketchup and hot sauce. The aroma that comes off the bag is both sweet and spicy! The brown bag itself is warm and inviting. Over the decades i have had this same meal numerous times. The flavor is always the same from this location. Each time i go the line is out the door. However the system is in tact. The food comes out timely, hot, and ready to be devoured. This restaurant is one that belongs on the Birmingham bucket list of historic eateries. Visitors have to try it hands down!!!“

“The food was good, just like I remember when I was a kid. The service was bar, none. The staff worked together. And I like to see a staff that has fun while working. This place was really clean, and even the bathrooms were clean. I would definitely be back. I got the dry rub chicken. The garlic parmesan and the lemon pepper and it mesh well with the original recipe.“
