“The only complaint was the wait. Once you get your food, you forget about the wait. You won't get anything that's been sitting under a heat lamp! Normally get chicken but ventured out and got a catfish filet plate. THREE pieces at cap ds wouldn't equal one of Green Acres filets. Some of the best I've ever eaten.“

“Went through the drive-thru and was helped by Reeve, he was incredible! Visibly tired, yet full of grace, smiling through it all without a word of complaint. It was the first time someone offered to pray for me specifically at the Chick-fil-A drivethru, and his prayer was heartfelt, clean, and clearly Christ-centered. Truly a standout employee!“

“Was across the street at gas station when I noticed all these cars going in and out so I had to find out and the food was pretty good for my first time always had the Milo's tea . The only thing I was disappointed about was the shake machine was down. That's what I really wanted to try with burger. No shake minus 1 star.“

“SLOW!….I waited over 20 minutes for a 6 piece combo. The fries were dark brown but if you get cajun ranch on them then they are good. Also the prices are higher than other wing places. The wings are good though. I just don’t like that the ‘medium’ wing sauce is HOT. Next time I will get the ‘Mild’ wing sauce.“

“Ordered a pretzel and a power aide slush. The pretzel was hot, fresh, and salted perfectly. Not a fan of the berry mountain power ade slush, shoulda put some Nerds in it!
Vegetarian options: They mentioned a vegititarian, but I couldn't understand why they kept calling it tube steak?“

“The way that Milo's is set up now, you cannot go on the inside. Everyone goes through the drive-thru. The food don't seem as good as it used to be but it was not the worst. At the drive-thru they really don't give you a chance to finish your order before they try to rush you around to the side, I have to tell them to wait I have another order. When you first drive up they just asked you your order, they don't speak but I speak to them.“

“Today 10-06-2023 went to have breakfast with my wife. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, the cashier finally acknowledged me. I tried to order two breakfast plates and she. Told me we don’t have any grits. We left with no food. Service was bad and food was disappointing!!! Not first time to be disappointed, but first time to complain!!!“

“I haven't ate here in over 8ys, so I decided to stop for the heck of it. My food was fresh and hot and service was pretty quick, so this was a win.
Parking: Depends on the time and activities that would be going on.There are spaces directly in front.
Kid-friendliness: I seen children but I would not bring mine here,especially if I am ordering a lengthy order. That would be too time consuming for a child to be around.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is a flat surface but if you are in a chair, I wouldn't advise you to hang out here.This establishment is chair friendly“

“Great customer service by the young man working when we came. The young man took our order asked if we wanted dessert after we finished our meal we said yes. We were handed our cups for drink sat down and was brought our order to table fast. Young man came and asked if we were ready for our dessert and brought it to us. All while the young man was actually waiting for his break but waited til we were taken care of first.“

“Best food on the parkway if you ask me! If they ask you to pull down just know your food with be hot and fresh! I like to get the lemon pepper mild and catfish . Everything is always seasoned. However the soda fountain drink always seems a little flat. Also the lemon pepper mild wings has a little sweetness to it. Everyone is friendly.“

“We haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in over 2 years and it was great to get to one here in Birmingham AL. Delt with 3 employees. The Woman taking my order was so nice and friendly as was the woman who brought our order to our table. On the way out we had a fun short conversation with a woman emptying a trash can outside. This was a lovely visit even though it was busy. The line disappeared very quickly so they must know what they're doing. Thank you all!

“THE TWO WOMEN EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE WAITED ON ME WERE PLIGHT AND KIND AND ALWAYS GOT MY ORDER RIGHT AND ALWAYS GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE IN NO TIME THAT I MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME AND MY STEAK AND CHEESE SUB WAS WONDERFUL THAT I HAD HALF FOR DINNER AND THE OTHER HALF FOR BREAKFAST SENSE I WORK 13 HOUR SHIFTS FROM 7:00 AT NIGHT TILL 8:30 IN THE MORNING THANKS TO THE LADIES FOR FIXING A GOOD SUB FOR ME TO ENJOY AND STAY SAFE AND WELL OUT THERE AND GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM ALWAYS AND FOREVER!??????♀️“

“Best service I have received in a long time. Everyone in there was extremely helpful and patient with each customer that came in. We had a large order that needed to be filled and they were not annoyed or frustrated like most places around here have been. They made sure each sandwich had our names on the bag so we didn't have to guess who had what due to all the customizations we asked for. I will be recommending this specific Jersey Mike's to everyone from now on.“

“went in this morning around 9:20 to order me a steak biscuit with lettuce and tomato and mayo togo it’s been a pregnancy craving and the lady at the front was so sweet and the first person not to judge such a wierd order ! they were busy but she got me right out of there with a smile ! people were being so rude to her and i know with my temper i would of lashed out but she was respectful even though they weren’t respectful towards her ! “I absolutely love this Taco Bell! I was there on 6/24 at around 930-10pm And the lady that was at the window is always so sweet. After a long day at work and being hungry, she just adds the icing on the cake with how sweet and lovely she is. Makes my whole day:) truly deserves a raise!!“

“I stopped by the Adamsville Sonic for a quick bite, but my experience was just average. The drive-in service was slow, and it took a while to get my order. The food was nothing special - the burger patty was overcooked and the fries were lukewarm. The "super sonic" bacon cheeseburger was lacking in flavor and the bacon was crispy to the point of being burnt. The staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but overall, this Sonic visit was unremarkable. Not bad, not great, just meh.“

“This used to be our favorite place to eat but the last couple of times we have gotten breakfast it was completely wrong and had to be redone. I decided to do an online mobile order today I ordered a single gravy biscuit meal, a double gravy biscuit, a bacon biscuit, a sausage biscuit, and an ultimate big bacon breakfast sandwich. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:53am. I arrived at 10:00am with my order no where to be found and no names on any of it and no receipts. I ended up being there for an hour and a very nice young lady came up and said what was your order again so I showed her. She took it on herself to get my order together and ended up giving me two double gravy biscuits, two sausage biscuits, a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and the ultimate big bacon breakfast sandwich as well as my mocha iced coffee, and the cup for the sprite. I truly appreciate her efforts but would have loved for my order to be right. I never got the bacon biscuit I ordered for my daughter. The other issue I noticed is that everyone was trying to be a manager and no one except the one young lady was trying to be polite and nice to all the customers. I know you all have a very stressful job especially when you have customers that are very picky and get mad and take it out on you. My suggestion to make things better would be specifically assign someone to work on the mobile orders, assign 2 people to the front register one to take orders and one to bag orders, and assign two people to the drive thru one to take the orders and one to bag the orders. Finally actually allow the manager to do there job and be the manager. This post is updated today Nov. 2, 2024“
