“I had an issue with a recent order from LongHorn Steakhouse, as it was prepared incorrectly. However, when I called to report the problem, the staff was courteous and took full responsibility for the mistake. They promptly offered a sincere apology and went above and beyond by sending a gift card to make it right. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience reinforced my confidence in their service and I will gladly continue to support them.“

“The ribs do actually fall off the bone they are so tender. The chicken is smokey and juicy. The chopped pork is flavorful and has just the right amount of bark to it. I have yet to have a bad meal. Keep it up, y'all! YUM“
