“this was my first time trying HQ Korean BBQ and Hot Pot and I couldn't be any happier! Our waiter Anthony was so nice and sooo helpful! He kept our cooking disc changed out and took away our dirty dishes every time. Outstanding service and not to mention the Bone broth was awesome that he recommended! Along with all of the meats we got and and veggies. I will definitely come back thats for sure! Amazing experience for a birthday girl!☺️ Thank you Anthony!“

“I had an issue with a recent order from LongHorn Steakhouse, as it was prepared incorrectly. However, when I called to report the problem, the staff was courteous and took full responsibility for the mistake. They promptly offered a sincere apology and went above and beyond by sending a gift card to make it right. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience reinforced my confidence in their service and I will gladly continue to support them.“
