“Tried Wasabi for the first time today and enjoyed the experience. Everyone was very nice and the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box was flavorful. I would note there is a limited lunch menu compared to the extensive evening menu but there were still plenty of options.“

“The egg rolls are our favorite of any we have had elsewhere. The service is good and we always feel welcome. It’s our first choice for Chinese/Thai food.

Kid-friendliness: Our grand children always find things they enjoy. Ages 8, 13, 15 and 18. One thing I particularly like is that the noise/music is not so loud. You can have a conversation while enjoying your meal.“

“Staff is super friendly. I’ve been to the downtown and Hoover location and by far this is the best one in terms of food quality and service. Placed an online order and showed up super early because we thought they were closing soon— the manager gave us a free egg roll. One of the staff members even brought out our food to the car while we waited, which was incredibly nice of her since I’m 8 months pregnant!!“

We have watched their girls grow up and they have always been a pleasure.
Our order has always been correct, on time, and hot. We usually get some type of Fried Rice, hot & sour soup, and egg rolls. Always prepared properly, can’t beat the Hot & Sour Soup!“

“Best Chinese Food in Alabaster. Consistent with how the food will taste. I’ve been eating here for as long as I can remember and I’ve never been displeased. The Pork Wonton soup will always be my comfort meal. When people ask where they should get Chinese food, I always tell them to go to Green China. Every. Single. Time.“

“I will never order from this place due to the lack of customer service skills these people have. I have ordered here multiple times with white rice missing from my order. When I call up to inform them that my rice is missing, I am always told to bring my food back up to store and “we will give you white rice”. Well there is a problem with that when I live 30 minutes away, my entire order is going to be cold at that point. They refuse to replace the entire order and do it correctly so all the food will be hot. It seems like this place is ok with screw ups and not doing the right thing. Every order that I place is a minimum of $60. If you are ok with losing a customer, I am ok not ordering from here.“

“I have a mixed review. The Crab Rangoon and Hot/Sour soup were excellent; hot and fresh. Bang Bang chicken and egg rolls were cold. I ordered takeout in person at the restaurant at 11:10 am shortly after opening. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet I was told it would take 15 minutes. That’s standard for all takeout orders so no problem. However, with the wait I expected EVERYTHING to be hot and fresh. To end on a positive note, the flavor of everything was good, even the cold items once heated. 2 egg rolls, bang bang chicken appetizer, hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon (5) totaled $32…a little pricey for a Chinese lunch.“

“Fresh food always on the buffet, not a huge selection but if you are looking for something, just ask. As far as the regular menu, there are so many options that you can find anything you want, Japanese food, Chinese, burgers (good ones!), and far more. Well worth a visit, and don't be put off by the age of the shell, clean and welcoming. Run by a husband and wife team.“

“This place deserves more stars from the excellent customer service to the quality of the food which was seasoned and cooked to perfection and the location is definitely worth the drive!!! I got the chicken shrimp & steak hibachi it was immaculate, I will be back, thank you all 10 out of 10!!!“
