“Me and the wife stopped there when we left our daughter’s house heading home. Man they have come out with a rib sandwich that is awesome. And I don’t know why, but I always loved that Mc rib sandwich with extra onions and pickles from McDonald’s. Oh man, that’s some good stuff right there. Like I said, I don’t know why I like them because I know it’s processed meat, but it’s still good. but let me tell y’all something, Jack’s has come out with the same sandwich and that restaurant right there, them people know how to hook it up. I should’ve got pictures of it, but I asked to buy one of their rib sandwiches with extra onions and pickles and they hooked me up. I’m telling y’all go try that rib sandwich from Jack’s, and Jack’s don’t make this make this rib sandwich seasonal like McDonald’s does. That thing needs to be there year-round. That’s my opinion. I hope y’all enjoy it, and for the ones that don’t you know you can take a long walk off a short bridge.“

“The sandwiches are average Subway sandwiches— if you order them in person, they make them exactly the way you want them.the employees are fantastic. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone who works there. They always go out of their way and are so friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean as well.“

“You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Especially the Jacksonville location. The employees are very well mannered and always respectful. Every cashier is welcoming with a nice smile. The inside is very clean. Someone is always wiping the tables or cleaning in some other type of way. The bathrooms are nicely clean as well. They always keep the drive-thru moving so everyone gets their food quickly and fresh. The food is high quality and delicious. I have never gone to Chick-fil-A and hated what I was eating. It never fails to impress my taste buds every time. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A.“

“We love Jack’s and have my whole life. Last night around 8:00 PM, we ordered a chicken finger snack for ourselves and our 2 dogs. They were so fresh and hot! I was afraid they wouldn’t be at that late hour but, they were so good. The server at the window was friendly and efficient.“

“The lady waited on me enjoyed my humor and I made her laugh but the other lady I guess it was a manager didn't enjoy my humor and so she was kind of rudish standoffish kind of way so that's the reason why the service didn't get the two stars and the atmosphere got three the food was okay but three chicken strips and they're really small and a fry for a chicken snack. I was real disappointed won't order that ever again“

“The food overall is good and comes out to you warm and tastes good though everytime I've asked for light ice in my drink I still get regular ice to the degrees of i tested how much drink would fit in the RT44 and literally 14 Oz fit in it which is less that you'd get from a bottle from a store or gas station. Now as for the service they are as you'd expect from a sonic type place which isn't bad but could be a little better. They do need to fix a couple of their ordering windows and patio area to look nicer. Would I recommend yes at this location and plan to review the other one by the oxford Walmart by the mall soon.“

One of the managers gave me a extra pumpkin cheesecake shake she had . At this point I could have broke down and cried . My crappy day went to a great day in the time I was in the store . “We pulled in there was about six vehicles there,we ordered two #3 with tots and a coke. While we waited for our food several cars pulled in on each side of us got their food and left,when the sign said our food was being delivered we still waited about 10 minutes before the car hop brought our food, the tots were not even warm they're usually to hot to eat right away and the burger felt like it just came out of the fridge it was so cold. The car hop told us sorry we just got extremely busy, no they didn't she was the only car hop we saw. I came in the week before and ordered two corn dogs and they tasted horrible. I won't be back to order food again only drinks.“

“Jacks is normally our go to fast food. But… I ordered 2 Breakfast Burritos this morning with bacon, I get to work and took a bite and about Threw up. They both had sausage on it. I can’t eat sausage, allergic reaction from something in it. All the manager could say when I called was I’m sorry. I would have been satisfied with, give me your name and you can get the right order on your next visit. But no, I threw it out and she never offered to make it right! 😞“

“Stopped in on our way to a date night concert, immediately walking in the do we were complimented on how nice we looked. We had good food here, there was a little hiccup on food rang up differently than we ordered, and once we caught it and took the receipt back up, they immediately handled it, gave us back our overcharge and we so Friendly doing so. A + for how easy they took care of the issue! A great experience overall“

So they called another location (owned by same person) and had them bring my pretzel to the Glencoe location. It says alot about a business when they will go out of their way for a $3 order. They have my business forever!!“
