“I visited the Starbucks in Metroplex area, Birmingham Alabama. Very spacious store and spread out, there's even a separate study room with a long table and plugs for students and you can even reserve the room for meetings. The staff is very friendly and courteous, the bathrooms are clean and fully stocked. There's nothing I don't like about this location loveseats but they're large rectangle cushions. Who doesn't love that?
Starbucks will give out a free coffee today Nationwide, Starbucks corporate saying thank you to veterans.
Parking: There is an outside seating area with at least six tables and plenty of chairs with umbrellas over the tables!
Kid-friendliness: Most Starbucks locations are kid-friendly. I say most cuz I've never been to all of them.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp by the front door and the access to the outside seating area. And there's one over by Chase bank right next door. And plenty of wheelchair parking.“
“I LOVE this location. Management is awesome and cares for their staff. This location is dog-friendly, clean, efficient, and has an inviting atmosphere. They have plenty of shading with fans outside, too. I love coming here to study or work on projects!“

Quickly an employee sweet as can be came out and helped me clean up while the other employee remade my coffee for FREE without me asking!! It is my first flight and my nerves are shot and this act of kindness from both of your employees made my day better. Thank you starbies!!“

“Don’t ever go to this location! Upon placing my order and pulling to the window, I handed the nice gentleman my card to pay (35.00 for 3 drinks!) I’m ok with spending that much as long as they are good drinks. Well I verified that there wasn’t be whip on them and the RUDE barista making the drinks( didn’t catch her name but I saw she was a taller woman, long dark hair, said very rudely when he reminded her of the whip “did he tip?” Now I’m sorry is it any of her business if I tipped or not? NO! She needs to stay in her lane, make My drinks and keep her comments to herself! I wasn’t given the option to tip in the first place. She needs to be knocked off of her high horse and learn to be humble and grateful she has a job. It’s people like her that make people refuse to go to certain places ever again! I WILL BE CONTACTING HIGHER mgmt about her lovely comment. Maybe she can go work somewhere where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. I know I would never want her to fix ANYTHING of mine with that nasty snotty entitled attitude!Do better Starbucks! Do better!“
“I cannot lie, while I have mostly abandoned Starbucks altogether because of their far-left, corporate woke policies, especially where I live, I make an exception when traveling.Since I'm in south Birmingham staying at a Marriott off 280, this Starbucks location is close by. Got there at 0635 and was quickly waited upon and of course the White Chocolate mocha and breakfast sandwich and chocolate croissant were excellent, albeit pricey.Although when I get back home I will always seek out the small, independent coffee shops.“
“I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks. The coffee was superb, and the baristas were incredibly nice and helpful. Despite the busy rush, they took the time to engage with customers, making everyone feel welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for catching up on work or relaxing with a book. “My first time to order a coffee at the "new" Starbucks inside the remodeled Target. Starbucks was moved over to what was once the small in-store snack/cafeteria and it also got a nice remodel,. I ordered a regular coffee and the server asked if I wanted a flavor with it so I asked for vanilla and the drink was great - I really liked it as I have found most "regular" coffees in Starbucks are too bitter for my taste and required me to add much cream. This new Starbucks is nice, clean and lighting is great.“

I wasn’t able to pick up my order this morning for an hours and somebody else took it accidentally I think. Young girls, working there, were very nice and apologized for this inconvenience, making a new order for me!

“We went through the drive through to get my daughter a drink after a bad experience at the Starbucks inside Target. The person who took our order was so friendly! We had a bit of a wait, but then when we got up to the window Jay surprised me and said our drink was on the house since we had to wait so long! I wasn’t expecting that, and it was such a nice gesture! Thank you Jay for your excellent service!!!“
“Just wanted to say this Starbucks made me the best Starbucks matcha latte I’ve ever had. All other Starbucks I’ve been to doesn’t fully mix the matcha powder but this place has made me the smoothest matcha latte the last two times I’ve been. I only have one pic because I forgot to take a pic of the one today. But they’re equally good. AND they actually read the extra stuff and didn’t put ice in my drink. Thank you guys so much!!!“
“I love the chocolate croissant and I had the double espresso. Both amazing tasting. The service was fantastic and fast. The lady was super nice to me and always had a smile ? ?. I wish everyone was nice like she was to me. I forgot her name but she was just amazing. In the past I did have the frozen coffee and I added Moca to it. That made it taste just like a chocolate shake and I think I should just keep getting those because they are dangerously good.“
