“I tried the Tin Top for the first time today (lunch on a Saturday), I was dining alone, as I really just stopped by to check the place out. We are opening an Airbnb about a half mile for the restaurant and want to be able to recommend it to our guests. Food was pretty good, I had a basic hamburger and slice of key lime pie, I think that their dinners may be more impressive, as it is a popular spot. They have all you can eat on Wednesday, I believe it was mullet and catfish. They had a prime rib special on the board for $34. Overall it was a pleasant experience, however it took the staff 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there, they asked if I would like to be seated at the bar, when I declined the girl gave me a bit of an irritated vibe, she wasn’t rude, but just let her annoyance show a little, i was one person taking a full 4 top table. Once seated, it took my actual server at least 5-6 minutes to get to my table, she was very sweet, and super friendly. She got my order and bring my drink, she did a nice job of keeping my drink glass full, but my meal was delivered (by someone else) with no burger toppings whatsoever, just a burger on a bun with cheese… at $14 a little lettuce, tomato pickle etc is nice. It took her a while to come back and she actually noticed that it was a bare naked burger and fries, offered to run back and get toppings, that took another 5 minutes, bu this time my food was cold. When she stopped back she had my bill, but had not brought my pie (I preordered it with my food). She picked up the bill added the pie and you guessed it, it took her a really long time to come back with the pie, like almost 10 minutes. The pie is just key lime pie, it was not the best I have had and certainly by no means the worst, it doesn’t have any whip cream on it and it is a pretty small slice for $8. After I finished my pie it took a long time again to get my updated bill, and I actually had to grab her and just hand her my cr card to pay so I could leave. It took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to have lunch (1 person) it wasn’t real busy, I would say probably 60% capacity, and it was lunch not dinner, on a Saturday afternoon. I will definitely try this place again, as the food warrants a redo, but if the service is the same, this would not be a repeat for a 3rd visit, it good food, but not good enough to be sooo slow.“

“We walked in, saw the car & we asked can we sit at the car table and we were immediately seated. Brittany S. was our server and was fabulous. She was pleasant, smiled, joked with us & checked on our needs on a regular basis. When we were done eating, we asked if she would take our picture with the car and she said sure! We asked for a couple of angles and she happily did it! The food was excellent, came quickly and there was a lot of it. We enjoyed everything about our experience!“

“We got there at 9pm, thinking they closed at 10. They close at 9:30 on Sundays. They were SO kind to us. The owner/manager came out to our table to make sure everything was to our liking, our waitress was amazing. We got the red snapper, surf and turf, sushi, lobster Mac and firecracker shrimp. Everything was delicious. The macaroni by itself on the surf & turf plate was the best Mac and cheese I have ever had. Lobster Mac was amazing. Steak was perfectly cooked. The fish was the best I’ve ever had. The way they told us we could stay as long as we like. We were tired from the beach so we left about 9:40 but wow, I’ll never forget this place! Instead of being annoyed, they treated us like gold.“

“Lamberts Cafe is the absolute best restaurant in Foley, Al. Every time my family and I travel down to visit family we have to stop here. Food is amazing. The pass arounds are delicious and the whole family can't wait to hear HOT ROLLS being yelled out. We also had the opportunity to visit the one outside of Branson Missouri it didn't disappoint either can't wait to be back!“

“Last week I called to order for a customers job site, spoke with Natalie and from the first call to her arriving on the site, everything was absolute top notch! I had 130 people to feed and was worried to be honest, but the communication, the service, and of course the food itself, went above and beyond my expectations! “Exceptional. Holiday weekend. Positive and great service from the host to the servers to management who you could see was actively involved. As somebody who worked in the restaurant industry it literally makes me happy to see that. The food was ready quick, hot, fresh, and delicious. The space was clean as clean can be. We will always come back here. Kudos to this place because they are doing it right. Rare to get both good service and good food from a restaurant these days, but the folks on this shift nailed it.“

“We absolutely loved the food at Luna’s! Our party tried the crab and artichoke dip, the beer cheese dip, chicken Caesar salad, pimento cheeseburger, fresh catch (red snapper), hot Nashville chicken, and two desserts to share. Not one bit of food was left-we devoured every delicious bit, and I highly recommend this place for service, taste, quality, and atmosphere. You cannot miss with Luna’s. It’s a must-try!“

“The OmG poboy was delicious. Shrimp perfectly fried and super fresh! Even the lettuce and tomato tasted like it came from the garden. The tomato was perfect. I loved the sample of swamp soup, also delicious. I wanted to taste the gumbo, it also did not disappoint! Hush puppies perfectly flavored. Fries and okra fresh. Service was friendly, wait time was appropriate. Highly recommend. It does have an old vibe to the building. I’m guessing it was an Asian restaurant prior. Overall absolutely amazing, it’s definitely on my return restaurants in Foley.“

“We tried this diner the first morning we were in town for the 52nd Shrimp Festival. We were so impressed with the huge menu, the fabulous food, and the amazing service, we went back several times while we were there. Everyone there was so nice. Our server, Arwa was precious and created a truly joyful experience each time we were there. I hope we have the opportunity to visit Gulf Shores again soon. “Madelia was attentive and efficient, but accused me of not ordering the shrimp I had asked for (instead of saying, “Oh, I didn’t hear you” or “I’m sorry, I must’ve misunderstood”). Then, after she had left the check, we used the QR pay-by-phone option posted at our table. When we got up and left she chased us out of the store saying we hadn’t paid. I told her we had and walked back into the store so she could confirm.

The food was good. The atmosphere was good. And, except for making us feel like liars and criminals, I’m confident our server is competent and capable. I just wish our interaction hadn’t left a bad taste in our mouths….“

“We live locally and always wait until the off season to eat at Big Mike's so we don't have to wait for seating. Jan 6, 2026 was a great day to take our family that were visiting with us.
