“My wife and I ate there today August 4th and even thought they were short handed we were very happy with the service, and there was just one lady, don’t know her and didn’t think to get her name but she was working the front by herself, taking orders, filling drinks due to the machine not working, working the window and taking orders to the outside customers. She was a hard worker, but what caught our attention was that she was nice enough that she kept apologizing to everyone for having to wait. long John Silvers whoever that kady was that was there around 2:00 pm, she deserves a nice Bonus.“

“My stepmom and I were on our way home from Chattanooga when we hit a crater-sized pothole in the road near Hardee’s in Jasper, and it immediately blew our tire. We were stranded and honestly weren’t sure what we were going to do.

The employees at Hardee’s, Gabby, Nate, and Todd, went absolutely above and beyond to help us. Nate actually came out and helped us get the blown tire off and put our spare tire on, which was such a huge help. Gabby and Todd were also incredibly kind, helpful, and checked on us throughout everything.

After we got everything taken care of, we went inside and grabbed a little snack, and the whole experience ended up being such a positive one despite how stressful it started.

You don’t always come across people who are willing to stop what they’re doing and genuinely help complete strangers, and we are so incredibly grateful that these three did. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help really meant a lot to us.

Hardee’s in Jasper is lucky to have employees like Gabby, Nate, and Todd! Please recognize these three because they truly made a bad situation so much better“

It was a bit laggy and slow but it got the job done while eating some great food and amazing milkshake. The car hopper was very polite and did a great job also. Highly recomendd“
