“First time visiting New China. The buffet was underwhelming in variety, but fresh and smelled amazing. I ordered from the menu. The serving size was great. I barely put a dent in it. The taste was fantastic. Coconut shrimp was a good choice for me. The spring roll was crunchy and delicate. The server was attentive and kind. I would visit again.“

“I have ordered take out a number of times, I am picky about certain vegetables being in my order and have been able to order side orders of the vegetables I am not picky about. The food is good seasoned in line with most Chinese food I like to eat... They stand above the other Chinese restaurant to me for letting me order what I wanted even items not on the menu.. all I had to do was ask.

Parking: I have been able to park right by the front door every time I've been in there“

“I got general tso chicken and it was very good. My only complaint is that they outer watercress in it instead of broccoli, which I found to be a very unpleasant flavor and texture combination so I had to remove them. If they shifted to broccoli it would have been perfect“

“This is the most delicious Chinese Food in Birmingham. I just went here on my birthday and the food was amazing, well presented, with kind staff. We had the Beef and Broccoli, Chicken with Vegetables and egg drop soup and they are all great. Highly recommend.“

“Enjoyed a quiet evening visiting a new Chinese Restaurant. Enjoyed a cup of hot and sour soup and the Mongolian combination Chef's special with white rice. Also tried and egg and spring roll. Will have to come back and try other dishes. Heard that they have a great lunch buffet. Worth checking out.

“I had a small issue during my visit to PF Chang’s, but the server “Promise” and trainee “ Emily “ both were great and the manager Chris, went above and beyond to make things right. Their professionalism and quick response turned the whole experience around, and I truly appreciate it.

The food was absolutely delicious. It was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. From the appetizers to the main course, everything hit the spot.

“We ordered take out on Christmas day. It was a fairly large order and we placed the order early in the day to be picked up at 4pm. We arrived right at 4 and everything was ready to go, was still nice and hot (had not been sitting for some time), and was exactly what we had ordered. The food was delicious. “I have been here a few times since moving here but it was before they remodeled when it was just take out and the food then was FABULOUS and lots of it for a great price. I have to admit I have not been there since they remodeled and expanded to inside dining now but have to get there soon to give it a try so maybe there will be a follow-up to this review!!“
