“10/27/22 I just ordered a Chef's salad from Mike's on Tillman Mill Road. This salad was so good, clean, fresh, well made and packed! It was well worth the price of $8.29 and really hit the spot for me. It is packed with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cheese, purple cabbage, cucumbers, eggs, onions and I asked for the grilled ham with it. This is now going to be my go-to place for a great salad. The service is excellent too, they really seem to have a servant's heart. I highly recommend Mike's and if you haven't been by, you are missing a treat!“

“Visited this n location on 6.15.25. The GM there is amazing! She walked in after I ordered and noticed how long I had been waiting for my order and asked her staff what was taking so long. They told her they were awaiting on chicken. She told them they needed to make my whole order again so it would be fresh. She apologized that it took longer than expected but no apology was needed. I appreciate her taking minute to see what was going on and using that as a teaching moment for them. I think they should send her to all restaurants sonshe can show them how to operate!“

“I always loved McDonald's growing up! From the play place to the Ronald McDonald sitting on the bench. The TV shows where amazing as well! It brought back warm memories when I seen this car and I was thankful for it!! Not to mention how cute it is!! The food was ok but any issues I had the staff where quick to address it with a great attitude! I will definitely be back!!“

“I am visiting from out of town. Wanted some fish and tried this Capn Ds. The restaurant was packed. The cashier told us there was only one cook and that they were very backed up. I did have to wait a while for my food but I didn’t mind. Was very impressed that the cashier checked each order before calling out our numbers. Food was fresh and exactly what I ordered. “The establishment was very clean and the employees were very polite. They were working very hard try to make sure everyone was satisfied. I enjoy visiting this Sonics i dont have to wait no 1 to receive mynorder and the food is alway fresh and hot and my drinks are always made amazingly good. “Not sure his name but I know he was a new employee and he was from Louisiana, been living with his mom in Tennessee and now at his dads in Athens. He is a great and pleasant asset to Arbys there in Athens! Hopefully he gets to visit Pappadeaux and hopefully he’s a long term employee! I ordered the Fish and he took the time to come over and see how it was and was a present conversation!“

“This location is excellent, the food is the best Subway you'll find anywhere, but the employees make it truly special! We drive out of our way to visit this Subway because they genuinely are that much better.

Our catering order today was placed over the phone because we had a couple special requests. The order was initiated last night but was completed this morning. Both shift leads (Lori and Anne) plus the Manager today (MIchelle) all went above and beyond to ensure our order was exactly what we hoped it would be.

The owner should be very proud of the team and if you need a sub while in, or passing through Ardmore, this is your spot!

“We frequent this Pizza Hut location because we like the way they prepare the food even though there are 2 other Pizza Hut locations and countless other pizza shops much closer to us. However, this time they failed us big time! I ordered online at 6:00 PM for a 6:45 pickup and drove 30 minutes only to be told to return in 20-30 minutes because "you know how technology is..." and some other BS why they were just then making our pizza. My wife and I drove over to a nearby park and talked to pass the time but then it took an additional 20-30 minutes to actually get the pizza once we returned to the store. The young lady at the pick up window was working her best "cutesy" routine as she BS-ed us as if we were idiots. It's a rather long story but in the end she withheld our food an additional 15 minutes or so because we asked to speak with a manager (which we simply gave up on because we were hungry). We've been coming to this Pizza Hut location for years, but I think we will try one of the other locations the next time.
EDIT: I bumped the review up 2 stars because the manager contacted me and invited me back to the store with some store credit. We visited last night and had our usual good experience.

2nd EDIT, 11/8/24: We continue to get excellent food and service from this location and still drive 30 minutes each way to get it. I bumped the Stars up to five stars because they consistently provide excellent service.“
