“10/27/22 I just ordered a Chef's salad from Mike's on Tillman Mill Road. This salad was so good, clean, fresh, well made and packed! It was well worth the price of $8.29 and really hit the spot for me. It is packed with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cheese, purple cabbage, cucumbers, eggs, onions and I asked for the grilled ham with it. This is now going to be my go-to place for a great salad. The service is excellent too, they really seem to have a servant's heart. I highly recommend Mike's and if you haven't been by, you are missing a treat!“

“Obviously we have always loved our local chick fil a but I wanted to brag on the team working tonight specifically Hope! Bless them they worked so hard in the busy chaos and Hope went above and beyond for everyone al while very pregnant and I’m sure exhausted. This team is amazing and as always the food is great! So glad they are back open! Even more thankful the young staff that sets a wonderful example for our kiddos. 💗“

“What an amazing experience! We were greeted by the most fabulous woman as our cashier who was just a total gem & made some great recommendations for our meals! Price was way lower than we expected and the food was out before we even sat down. Best food I’ve eaten on the road by far! My entire family loved every bite. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!“

“The only negative part of my experience was a long wait in the drive thru line. The food was spectacular and I highly recommend the lobster bites. They are crunchy, buttery and should be a permanent item on the menu, year around. I got a four piece fish dinner with fried okra and macaroni and cheese. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sides were fantastic. The hush puppies were moist and hot. Paired them with a large sweet tea and I had a marvelous dinner.

The staff was super kind and very attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant and it definitely helped quell my seafood craving. I would give it a ten star rating if that was possible. Enjoy!“

“I always get the hand breaded ckn tenders. Normally they are amazing, and cooked fresh. I never get sauce because of that. Tonight they really blew it. I think they had been cooked hours before. I was very disappointed. Play the window was very very friendly though. The service was fast I guess for obvious reasons. I'll definitely be back, but you got to do better, everyone works too hard for their money to give it up for something of that quality...“

“Very good food, the burger was big, flavorful and worth the price. Commendations on the seasoning on the Burger patty and who doesn't like a hot crispy crinkle fry. The attendant at the window was helpful and courteous. Overall a great experience.“

“Not sure his name but I know he was a new employee and he was from Louisiana, been living with his mom in Tennessee and now at his dads in Athens. He is a great and pleasant asset to Arbys there in Athens! Hopefully he gets to visit Pappadeaux and hopefully he’s a long term employee! I ordered the Fish and he took the time to come over and see how it was and was a present conversation!“

“The establishment was very clean and the employees were very polite. They were working very hard try to make sure everyone was satisfied. I enjoy visiting this Sonics i dont have to wait no 1 to receive mynorder and the food is alway fresh and hot and my drinks are always made amazingly good. I dont know who th blonde manager is but shes a lil on the chunky side but she was even helping her crew out Love how the atmosphere is here . Thank you all for your wonderful customer service. “This whole new ordering system is a joke, the employees don't even bother to come check the counter from time to time, had a line but wasn't slammed. I'm guessing this employee was a opener, they were packing up their stuff getting ready to clock all, so the while texting and chatting with other employees, didn't even bother to check on the mini crowd that's forming. Keys a lotion bottle on what seemed to be a prep table. There was Employees arguing about who took the others chalupa shells, attitudes from other Employees were on display, I get that things get hectic but you have to keep a poker face especially when there's no barrier from the front to the kitchen. One employee got so stressed to the point they walked out mid fixing orders just to have a moment. Another worker getting ill at the others terrible attitudes they're going off trying to get them in order. Dropping a few curse words here and there. Hair nets seem to be option , drink station looked terrible.“

“We frequent this Pizza Hut location because we like the way they prepare the food even though there are 2 other Pizza Hut locations and countless other pizza shops much closer to us. However, this time they failed us big time! I ordered online at 6:00 PM for a 6:45 pickup and drove 30 minutes only to be told to return in 20-30 minutes because "you know how technology is..." and some other BS why they were just then making our pizza. My wife and I drove over to a nearby park and talked to pass the time but then it took an additional 20-30 minutes to actually get the pizza once we returned to the store. The young lady at the pick up window was working her best "cutesy" routine as she BS-ed us as if we were idiots. It's a rather long story but in the end she withheld our food an additional 15 minutes or so because we asked to speak with a manager (which we simply gave up on because we were hungry). We've been coming to this Pizza Hut location for years, but I think we will try one of the other locations the next time.
EDIT: I bumped the review up 2 stars because the manager contacted me and invited me back to the store with some store credit. We visited last night and had our usual good experience.

2nd EDIT, 11/8/24: We continue to get excellent food and service from this location and still drive 30 minutes each way to get it. I bumped the Stars up to five stars because they consistently provide excellent service.“
