My son had Barbaccoa quesadilla, it was great too! Little one had a bacon quesadilla he ate ALL of it shocking for put 9 yo! Seriously though, go! You won’t regret it!!“

They give you green and red salsa bottles to take to your table to enjoy throughout your meal. For drinks they offer Jarritos or agua frescas. The chicken was shredded thoroughly and was tender and juicy with a hint of pepper heat , with only sparse pieces mingled in the filling.The prices for the lunch special were reasonable. I believe that this dish, which comes with rice and beans, is usually covered in cheese alone, though they happily added tomatoes for me. The cashier served me and another couple who ate in, and several customers picked up lunch orders. I believe the chandeliers must be remnants of the old Hickory House that originally occupied that building as they clash a bit aesthetically with the heavy and brightly painted ,carved furniture. The bench sit was very comfortable. The large space filled with light. But there seemed to be a bit of a cold draft nearest the windows. It's hard to tell, though, as the ceiling fans were still all running on high up in the high ceiling . I was especially pleased with the flavorful rice as it is the first I've ever had at any Mexican restaurant that was spiced/tomato sauced heavy enough. Overall, I believe I will visit again when in the area.“

“Last night, May 22nd, my daughter graduated and my family and I went to Baja after the ceremony. They were so busy but our service was wonderful. Our server, Will, had multiple tables with big parties and he made sure to check on us as much as possible and apologized for being all over the place. He was absolutely wonderful and dispute him having multiple big parties our service was still great!“

Or, like me, you overfill it and then remember it’s $8.99 a pound. They have tables and booths at the front of the store. I wish they provided cups and water, but no. We headed back inside to buy water Very tasty food, they actually know how to season food to bring out it’s flavor. What you don’t eat is already packed in that to go box. My over indulgence got me a total of 3 meals, all good.“

“Good food and the best frozen margaritas in town! Service is always friendly and there's great ambiance. Sol Azteca has been owned by the same family for decades. My wife and her family have been going there since she was a child and, when I started going there with them, the owners and staff welcomed me like I was family, too.

We always start with the cheese dip with a side of diced jalepenos and a frozen margarita. I usually get a fajita chicken quesadilla with rice and beans on the side, plus a little of their house made hot sauce (which will light you up!), a fajita chicken taco salad, or chicken and steak fajitas, but everything is good from the whole fried fish, shrimp cocktail, and enchiladas to the chilaquiles!

Go and get a margarita or three, just make sure you've got a designated driver!“
