“Was working in Tuscaloosa and a restaurant with a two hour wait recommended the River. We had the steak filet and the seared tuna. Both dishes were absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding and the whole experience was just classy and comfortable. Brussel sprouts were on special for an appetizer, they were the best we’ve ever had. “The food was modestly priced, which I appreciated, but the skin on the plantation sausage was really hard. Also, the place had a faint smell of mildew.

The waiter was great and super friendly. We were thankful that there was a place open so early! I teach school, so it's hard for me and my fiance to find somewhere to sit down and eat in the morning before work. I will be going back.“

“I come here almost everyday to eat breakfast and chill by myself. The tons of tables and chairs, serving areas, and nice bathrooms are always clean. The staff and servers are always polite and nice. The only complaint I could make is that I wish there was more of a variety for breakfast, like more different kinds of fruit like strawberries or kiwi, and more variety of breakfast food like croissant sandwiches and hashbrowns. Other than that, this place is a 10/10 for me and I think it's better than Fresh Food Company!“

To forgetting things we asked for when taking our orders, to getting rude when asking for the things we asked for when we ordered our food. Brought our checks out , and then said she had to add gratuity, even tho one of my friends had already paid her ticket. She voided it out, and gave her the new ticket. Charged me gratuity on the 2 To-Go orders I had on my ticket. Thank goodness the manger split the Check up. The server was literally talking over my friend that was with us that was explaining the problems we were experiencing, and the manager finally told her to leave the conversation. We love the Gardendale location, we always go there with my daughter's whole ball team, and never once were we charged gratuity, and the service and food have always been excellent. The manager said, it was from corporate is the reason for mandatory gratuity for people 6 and over. Totally not true!!! Would NOT recommend the Tuscaloosa Mugshots!!!“

One thing that has always driven me crazy is when someone that doesn't deal well with people chooses a job in customer service. It was like it pained her to deal with, not only us , customers of all sorts. Maybe just having a bad day ? Eeh, another man in line said she was actually being pleasant compared to how rude she normally is. Cheers to her finding a career path not dealing with customers. If tips are any part of your income I suggest you find another career or you start treating customers with a smile and common courtesy. It's not that hard. “Probably my favourite place to eat on campus. The food is always great and enjoyable. There Is a huge variety of that and everyone can find something that they love. Sometimes it is hard to find seats during busy hours, but otherwise it is just great!“

“i like dominos, and they're always my go-to for when i want pizza, but the quality has been suffering a bit lately. my intention isnt to berate but to maybe call attention to some issues I've noticed throughout the past couple years. I rarely get garlic butter on my crust anymore, despite not ordering it without. then, when I order a pan pizza instead, it is rarely made correctly with "cheese to the edge".the delivery drivers are always kind, and if there are any glaring issues they'll usually issue you a free pizza when you report the issue (i was supposed to get a salad with my order one night, informed the driver, he said he'd come back with it, he never did, so i submitted a report in the app and received credits for a free pizza.)i dont expect Michelin star service from dominos, but itd be nice if i could get garlic butter on my crust again. stay strong out there y'all“

“You must try the Black & Blue Flatbread. By far my favorite selection on the menu. Also great place to get a good burger. Service is sometimes slow due to them being busy & not enough waiters or waitresses. Food and atmosphere is great!“

“Ok I love Mr G’s in Northport but we just had the worst experience there. We ordered 2 ham and cheese sandwich’s, one with fries and the other with side salad. After around 45 minutes with no food I went to check on it. The cashier went in the back and asked about it and they were shaking their heads so she came and printed out another ticket. I heard one of the men ask her something in an irritated voice and she told him she was just checking on her order. I had been very nice up until I heard him get an attitude so obviously I felt I needed to get one to. She came back and said they were just waiting for them to come out of the oven. I said really then why were they acting like they didn’t know there was an order if it was in the oven. I could tell she was getting flustered having to deal with them and I was starting to get more than just annoyed so I just said ok and went back to my seat. After another 20 minutes we got our food. I noticed the man that had ordered after us walking up to the register with his receipt and when he came back by I asked if he was still waiting on his food. He was and said that if they ever got their food they were never coming back. When we finished and were leaving they were still sitting there waiting. Mr G’s you may have just lost a lot of return business tonight.“
