The flakiness of the crossaints, the crunch in every bite and to top it off,the burst of creme. With all the fillings, creams or fruit, you can still taste the butter.

One bite of the croissant and dozens of crisp flaky shards fell into my lap. It was perfect. The apple danish was like an elevated apple pie. I’m not sure what type of cream was under the apples, but I loved it. Hello Bakery is a must visit if you’re in Birmingham. Also, the shop owner (I’m assuming) was very kind.
