“Food was hot & fresh. Although I will say I feel incredibly sorry for the young lady who took my order today. She was doing drive-thru, the front counter, cleaning the dining room, refilling/stocking the dining room, running food to the dining room, & even assisting two elderly ladies with the bathroom DURING LUNCH RUSH!!!. Her name is ASHLEY. I'm not sure if she's a manager or not, but she should be - & IF there was a manager here that wasn't helping, shame on them. Food was great, her service was phenomenal. She kept a smile & great attitude the entire time!“

“The food is always good, and service is always fast. The reason for minus one star is because some of the staff is down right rude. When I was there a few days ago, the person taking my order didn't say a single word the entire time. Not even for the total.“

“Very clean on the outside decent parking then sides clean as well a service is quick the food is good it's an older Arby's but still has a nice look on the inside very clean and maintain well. 5 out of 5 even though it's a little bit older it has maintained well

Parking: Good parking lot always seems to be playing with parking even though it's like a mid-size parking lot a very clean and well maintained“

“The store was closing the lobby directly after our arrival. We were allowed in to enjoy our meal in the lobby anyway. We experienced great service. Our food was hot and fresh. I would recommend this McDonald's .

Kid-friendliness: A huge play place.“

“The quality of the meal tonight may be the worst I've eaten since they opened in Guntersville. I have never, I mean Nev-A, left food on a plate when eating here. But tonight I did. The quality of the chicken was rubbery; the fries were cold & over salted. It was bad. Boaz store hands down has the better food quality.
UPDATE: They evidently read some reviews because the turnaround is acknowledged. Food is like it was when they opened in 2001ish. Much better! A+“

“Great place. Great pizza! There's no place to dine in here but we took our pizza and ate it at the park. It's nice to be able to see them make your pizza and see how clean the place is. I also love the garlic sauce.? We tried the cinnamon melts (not sure if that's what they're called) but they were DELICIOUS!“
