“The quality of the food and service is great. My wife and I got the chicken Wrap, and it was good, but the romaine lettuce was wilted and the quality did not meet my expectations. They need to take another look at what kind of lettuce they use. It's a cold wrap, so do not expect it to be heated. It's a little too pricy for what you get. Overall, it was a good dining experience.“

“The food is always good, and service is always fast. The reason for minus one star is because some of the staff is down right rude. When I was there a few days ago, the person taking my order didn't say a single word the entire time. Not even for the total.“

“Food was hot & fresh. Although I will say I feel incredibly sorry for the young lady who took my order today. She was doing drive-thru, the front counter, cleaning the dining room, refilling/stocking the dining room, running food to the dining room, & even assisting two elderly ladies with the bathroom DURING LUNCH RUSH!!!. Her name is ASHLEY. I'm not sure if she's a manager or not, but she should be - & IF there was a manager here that wasn't helping, shame on them. Food was great, her service was phenomenal. She kept a smile & great attitude the entire time!“

“Great, very fast and very nice kids. They do a great job and have always got my food right. My only issue has nothing to do with the employees: if you have a low profile car DO NOT exit to the parallel road to get out. You'll bottom out your car. I had to reverse all the way down the road to go back into the McD parking lot. Instead circle around the building and use the exit that leads to the one way traffic going left. still have to go at an angle but it's much more level.“

“My wife and I went to the Guntersville location because the Albertville location was closed due to the remodel. My wife asked for the $7.00 box that she gets in Albertville, but they charge $8.99 for the same box. This is a rip-off. I got the Bean burrito, add beef, and it was terrible and did not have enough ingredients on the burrito. It all starts with management, and they need to take a look at that. We will be glad when the Albertville Location opens back up. We will not use the Guntersville location again.“

“I went through the drive through, most arbys give as little of their products as possible, but this Arby's actually put the cheddar cheese I paid for on the sandwich. I worked fastfood a long time. I understand about quality control and bonuses. And this manager understands happy customers return, improving the product , guarantees returns. Happy people spend more money. So go to this Arby's and get happy 😁“

“Great place. Great pizza! There's no place to dine in here but we took our pizza and ate it at the park. It's nice to be able to see them make your pizza and see how clean the place is. I also love the garlic sauce.? We tried the cinnamon melts (not sure if that's what they're called) but they were DELICIOUS!“
