“Absolutely delicious BBQ. We got the smoked ribs plate with smoked cabbage and baked beans. The bark on the ribs was phenomenal!! The smoked cabbage was delicious and the baked beans were tasty as well. We also got the pulled chicken sandwich and it was awesome. It was moist and flavorful. The owners, Major and Dafine were very kind and personable. They are doing a great job. Yall should go out and support them!!“

“Starting with the food, the food was good but unsafe. The sushi bar was on a conveyor belt, which was cool, but the only problem was how you never knew what you were eating and if you had allergies, than this is really unsafe. But overall the food tasted good and you have to cook your own steak and meat so it’s overall a good expiriance.
Now with service, up front it looks like you’re gonna be served by robots, but there are only 2 robots in total and it’s a rare chance that you get to see them. I clicked the call button because I didn’t know how we were supposed to cook our food and the button didn’t work at all. No body came.
The atmosphere was absolutely awesome, but they need more robots. The tvs are playing K-pop of course there is the conveyor belt, and it’s just awesome
Overall, this Restaurant is a fun experience, but they get your hopes down with robots, and need a safety contract.“

“After eating Long’s for lunch, we hired them to cater our daughters birthday party. We had brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, mac n’ cheese, street corn and a full container of two types of pickles. Also included was disposable (heavy duty) serving utensils, buns and BBQ sauce Every dish was amazing! Nice smokey flavors but not too much. The baked beans, which had thinly sliced ham covering the top, was out of this world. The street corn was a wonderful departure from the typical bbq sides you get elsewhere. Their prices are great. Delivery was on time and was brought into the venue all the way to its final serving spot. I highly recommend their food and catering. It has been a fantastic experience each time I’ve purchased from Long’s Craft Barbecue.“

“Great food and great staff! Friendly, swift food, plenty of seating available. Made accommodations for my son with Autism since he didn’t like the bread after his food came out. Great people! Cashier was extremely patient with my father who takes forever to order 😂 and the rest of us. She made suggestions on ordering as well.“

I don't know what's going on with the person who said their Uber Eats order is always wrong, but that's never been the case for me.“

“We had lunch at the new Hickory NC location! Service was great and food was pretty good! I got the smoked turkey sandwich and wings. Wings were a real disappointment though.... under cooked and definitely not smoked. I just took them home and popped them in the air-fryer. But all in all a 7 out of 10.....in my opinion.“

“My 1st time, it was good. Wasn't expecting the slaw to be cold on the slaw dog. The bread was stale, but nothing 20 seconds in the microwave couldn't help. After heating it up, I stopped eating my loaded potato to eat it. The potato was very good, I had to save it for later, and it was even better! Will definitely be back!!“

“I’ve had the shrimp poboy at least 10 times. The shrimp is always breaded and cooked to perfection, and they load the sandwich up to the point that I wonder if they make any money off of it. The poboy bread is soft and flaky like you would expect a Cajun restaurant to have. I’m always satisfied when I leave. 10/10!“

“I went there today and spent way too much money. Anyways I'm kinda worried I'm going to end up with food poisoning. Your restaurant should give each table a food thermometer. I also felt bad wasting that much food. It wouldn't hurt to cut down on portions and price especially if it's just 2 people.“

“Had dinner with a girlfriend last night - my first time dining here. We arrived early so were able to take advantage of the early dinner menu for $11.99. Many protein options as well as two sides and endless fresh rolls. We both ordered the 6 ounce steak with two sides - it was cooked perfectly and the meal was delicious. Tyler was our waiter and he was excellent. He was training a new employee and she was great too. they were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. I will definitely go back again.“

“Visited with a friend on a Monday night. The restaurant was not busy, so we were seated by the bar. David sat us and waited on us while also bartending. The service was one of the best I’ve experienced in Huntsville. He suggested drinks, entree’s and gave us a taste of their homemade banana pudding. Q was the manager on duty and gave us a free dessert to try for our next visit as we weren’t able to get the blueberry cobbler since it was sold out. We definitely will be back!“
