“We have been ordering pizzas from this location for 3 years now. We have always loved our pizzas. We stopped ordering cheese sticks because the last 3-4 times they have been pitiful with hardly any cheese on them or burnt. Other than that we love the pizzas! I always do carry out since we live a mile away.“

“I went to Culver’s in Hazel Green today because I love the mushroom burger. There was two girls taking orders outside and I ask that they not cook my meat so well done. When I got to the window I again reminded the young lady about not cooking my burger so well done. She replied that Culver’s required them to cook all meat well done. I then told her that a lot of people on fb are complaining about over cooked meat. She said the management was aware and her job was to go around and help open new stores and was soon leaving there. I then got my diet root beer and pulled forward and then found I had no ice in my cup. I backed up and told her I had no ice in my drink. She replied that ice melts in hot sweet tea. I told her it was root beer. She then told me that root beer foams up to bad to put ice in it. So at this point I pulled forward again and when the young lady brought me my food I told her thank you and she said nothing. I am not saying these things because I am mad. I am only trying to help Culver’s. I spent the last 51 years in fast food business. You got a good thing going. Just need to listen to customers.“
