“I went to Culver’s in Hazel Green today because I love the mushroom burger. There was two girls taking orders outside and I ask that they not cook my meat so well done. When I got to the window I again reminded the young lady about not cooking my burger so well done. She replied that Culver’s required them to cook all meat well done. I then told her that a lot of people on fb are complaining about over cooked meat. She said the management was aware and her job was to go around and help open new stores and was soon leaving there. I then got my diet root beer and pulled forward and then found I had no ice in my cup. I backed up and told her I had no ice in my drink. She replied that ice melts in hot sweet tea. I told her it was root beer. She then told me that root beer foams up to bad to put ice in it. So at this point I pulled forward again and when the young lady brought me my food I told her thank you and she said nothing. I am not saying these things because I am mad. I am only trying to help Culver’s. I spent the last 51 years in fast food business. You got a good thing going. Just need to listen to customers.“

“I was subjected to some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaraunt ordering from the Papa John's location next to Publix in Harvest, Al several times a few years back.
They were the only location that delivered to my house so I had to get pizza from them if I wanted Papa John's pizza (the best delivered pizza in my opinion). I gave them several chances because I was disabled due to a broken leg for several months.
At one point the manager told me off and accused me of being dishonest. I finally learned my lesson and stopped buying their pizza for years and started purchasing Papa Murphy's. Unfortunately, they closed recently.
One day I was driving by the Hazel Green location and saw the Shaq special advertised. That got my interest. I called the delivery number without realizing that it was a call center. The very nice foreign lady who took my order was very difficult to understand. She placed my order Only it wasn't MY order when I got there!
I was upset but the manager on duty at the time, Charles, made me the correct pizza for free. He was very very congenial. The pizza he personally made for me was so good that I ordered them several times a week.
My point is...I went from loathing Papa John's pizza because of one manager to loving it again because of one manager.
There needs to be consistency. I WILL continue to drive thirty minutes out of my way when I crave a good pizza because of Charles.
Thank you so much for providing a level of customer service (by Charles) that was able to win me back and overcome my extreme distaste for Papa John's.

“Stopped in for lunch and had the French Dip with Jalapeño poppers...which is my usual at Arby's....10/10! It was great! 👍 The service was great; everyone was so friendly. The lobby was clean and I even received coupons. Awesome visit! Ngl...every time I visit this particular Arby's, it's great! Keep up the great work!👏👏👏“
