“I've had these donuts before but never been in the shop. Went in this morning and got some donuts and kolaches and coffee. I'm blind and they went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was what in the bags. They were very helpful! Wonderful experience and amazing food and coffee!“

Some of the best burgers around, and chicken sandwich that is SUPER crunchy and so big it will barely fit in the to-go box...and too many tasty breakfast sandwiches and plates to list, a kids menu, milkshakes, coffee, and then some! Hero serves the full menu all day, so even if you want a burger at 7am or breakfast at 3pm they've got you covered.“

“The drinks are so good I recommend the Dragon and rose it tastes so good with the strawberry boba balls, it tastes to good, and it looks so pretty, and the taste is so wonderful, and the service is amazing.So I recommend you go to this place. The mall in Hoover, second floor, and the name is Kokee tea, so go to this place, and it look so beautiful.“

“Their ham & Swiss croissant was hot and delicious, the sugar-free hazelnut latte was perfect, and their coffeecake muffin (make sure you get it heated!) was so very good with the coffee.
The staff was friendly and efficient with everything done with a smile! Their restroom was clean and fresh-smelling.

“I belive this location has just recently reopened because it's been awhile since I've seen the hot sign on. It's also been awhile since I've last had hot Krispy Kreme doughnuts and it did not disappoint. Didn't take long to order and walk out with hot fresh doughnuts!“

I absolutely have to brag on Jack because he is hands-down the BEST Dunkin employee I’ve ever encountered. Every single time I come in, he greets me with genuine kindness, a warm smile, and energy that instantly brightens my day. His customer service is exceptional — he’s patient, attentive, and somehow remembers people’s orders like magic.
Jack makes the entire experience feel personal, not just transactional. Whether he’s double-checking my drink, offering helpful suggestions, or just being incredibly polite, he consistently goes above and beyond. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work.
