“Hello, I would like to let everyone know how amazing Bus's Best Cookies custom service is and Mr Jeffery McClure went way above all expectations. My Wife and I were on a road trip and we stopped at "The Texan" gas station in Schulenburg Texas and I purchased their Lemon Cream cookies. I looked through their selection and chose them because they are cholesterol free and zero trans fat. We got back to our truck and I had a couple of them; really great flavor! I was super impressed with them. I got to the third one and it had no cream followed by the next 4. The left side of the package only had one with the lemon cream. Disappointing because they are so good. Even without the cream, the plain cookie was still very tasty. I sent Bud's Best Cookies an email with the intent of just letting them know about the situation. I wasn't asking for anything. Mr McClure replied the next day and offered to send replacement cookies. He not only sent the lemon cream cookies, but to our surprise, he sent a very nice variety of other products for us to enjoy. This company has earned a new customer and we will be be recommending them to family and friends. They are amazing cookies and their customer service is beyond excellent!“

Nothing against vegans or vegan food but I don't want vegan cinnamon rolls. If I'm going to eat dessert I want DESSERT! Cindy's offers DESSERT and at a "sweet" price to boot. For the size and price, these are some of the best cinnamon rolls in the area. They are light, moist and cooked fresh daily. Do yourself a favor and go get yourself one or six because we both know one is not enough.“

“The highlight of my week is visiting Last Call Baking. The care and love that goes into baking these goods is unmatched. In my fifty plus years on this planet, I have never tasted anything as delightful as the treats that Chanah and their team create for us each week. Every time I think I couldn't get anything that was any better than the last, they create something new and I'm blown away yet again. My personal favorite is the passion fruit bar but the rice rice treats will bring a tear to your eyes. And don't get me started on the croissants!!! They are perfect! The only issue was pick up. My little cousin picked it up for me and the clerk behind the counter had a poor attitude for not reason. My cousin was only trying to order a cookie before leaving and paying for the cookie. Rude staff at this location.“

“I am new to the area and saw this place today. They had slices of pound cake and mini pies. They might have had other items too but I only noticed these, they captured my attention right away. I purchased a mini sweet potato pie, key lime, and a pecan. I also purchased a slice of lemon pound cake. My 12 year old announced she didn’t like pound cake or pie… A couple of hours later I tried the sweet potato pie. The 12 year old asked for a taste and begged to have the rest. Tonight we equally ate the lemon pound cake. Both superb. We haven’t tried the other 2 minis yet, but have no doubt they will be equally delicious. This place had the most delicious sweet potato pie and even better than my own (really good) lemon pound cake. Prices are reasonable and they have fantastic employees.“

“I love this place! However, today, I was slightly disappointed. I drove up from Montgomery, the closest location. It was 3:00, and they were out of cookies and cinnamon rolls. I’m unsure why they didn’t cook more because they had a few hours left to be open, but I was disappointed because we made a special trip just for the cinnamon rolls, and we couldn’t purchase as many as we wanted.“

“My first impressions were this is a very nice environment. Bright, open, airy and organized. I was excited to try the confetti cake bcuz I'd seen it at the Vestavia Hills location, but they were sold out of them. I'm not a regular customer so I wasn't sure if this cake was their first roll-out of large, shareable desserts. Anyway the cake was presented to me before it was boxed up and I was satisfied with its appearance. I finally tried some later on at home and was surprised that it tasted like a fine dusting of cornstarch was present on it. I mean, that's the first thing that came to mind. The cake had a large crumb like a box cake would. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed but I chalked it up to it being cold, as they keep certain desserts refrigerated. The baker did tell me the cake was brushed with condensed milk, which isn't a bad thing. It adds another layer of flavor and moisture. Well, at this point, I put the cake in the cabinet overnight. The next day, it tasted way better! I gave half of it away, and finished my piece. I can't wait until the strawberry shortcake rotates back around.“

Everyone loved the cookies that I got for them and said the same about them being the best cookies ever.The location is always rotating different flavors so definitely cthem out to figure out what flavors they have in stock!I tried the salted dark chocolate caramel and it was absolutely delectable! It was perfectly sweet and you could taste the vanilla in the batter too, mouth watering.I also had an oatmeal mixed with sugar coookie and it was do good!Unfortunately for this place a majority of the cookies contain nuts.

“We attended an event yesterday that had catering and beverage service by this company. The staff were all so personable, especially the ladies working the beverage station. They even got creative with the juices to make my sister a non-alcoholic option. The drinks I ordered were strong and tasty! The house smelled of tasty food as soon as we stepped in the door and it was a beautiful spread. My favorite dishes were the arancini, the beef tenderloin sliders, and the miniature tomato pies! The little chocolate cakes were not to be missed either. This is a wonderful service and speaking as a guest of the party, they did a wonderful job!“
