“Not sure what people are thinking about when they say this pizza is nothing like New York pizza. I grew up in New York and know its pizza well, and this is definitely NY pizza. It's not supposed to be like Chicago pizza. And as far as taste goes, everyone is different. There will always be those who prefer the cardboard Dominoes and Pizza Hut offer.“

“I’m so thrilled to leave a second review for this wonderful restaurant. This was my second time going and again my experience was extremely enjoyable. My server for tonight was Tyler. The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. Our money was well spent as we left as very satisfied customers. Thank you!“

“Just ate for the first time tonight… the food was absolutely delicious. Our server was extremely nice and attentive. They had the football game on a large screen on the patio, great atmosphere! Even met the owner who was super friendly. Get the dough dippers as an appetizer… they are delicious! Will go back for sure.“

After having some sort of an allergic reaction while visiting, Shannon, our server was quick to action to get all the ingredients lists and the necessary people to help. Lane and Maddy, the managers, made sure I was well taken care of and Brielle took the time to help getting the ingredient lists as well. The service was out of this world and I am grateful they were quick to action.“

“Tried Venice Pizza in Huntsville for the first time—so good!

We had the 4-cheese pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Hot, fresh, and the sauce had amazing flavor. The garlic knots were soft and buttery, and the marinara was just as tasty.

Honestly, it’s a refreshing change from the usual chain pizza places. You can tell they actually care about what they’re making.

“My husband and I grew up in upstate NY so we know what real Italian pizza should taste like. Grimaldi’s certainly delivered. The pizza was exactly as we remembered. I must compliment our waitress Emma who was top notch. She was very attentive and gracious. We certainly will return again to enjoy their very delicious pizza.“

“Typically I recommend this place highly. However out of my 6 years of coming here I had a bad experience. When I come into town to visit my son we go here. Tonight was no different, until I got my "buffalo pizza" It had no sauce on it, I asked my son to get some sauce, LISA, told him to go in line a pay (which wouldn't have been a problem but I literally ordered a buffalo pizza and the man about same age as my son in front of him, got LISA to add a whole half topping of arugula to his pizza that was apparently made wrong too) he did not have to pay. So if your Mexican/Hispanic or military watch for LISA the "manager" charging you extra for your original order... Thank you LISA for the extra paid sauce on a cold pizza after waiting in line again on my out of state visit dinner with my son. Top notch experience tonight.“

“We are avid Marcos pizza fans always the best however the last order we submitted was for three pizzas two orders of wings and two lg steak and cheese subs we had our son pick up the order not knowing the complete order and they never gave him our subs we were charged for them but never received them. $22.00 worth of subs never received very frustrating“

“Always Good pizza. I called my order in this time because my kids had fallen asleep on the ride and I was giving them a few more minutes to sleep. The lady on the phone offered curbside to me, I wasn’t aware they did that. It was very convenient and nice/personable of them to offer.“

“Went here for the first time yesterday and we did the “skip the line” and sat down and ordered from mobile app. We didn’t realize it auto selected a different location so they never got our order. We waited about 20 mins and asked and they said they don’t know why that happened and apologized and threw in 2 pieces of cake for the trouble. However, we ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and a club sandwich and Mac n Cheese and the food was amazing! The customer service was great and we can’t wait to go back!“

“We were in Huntsville for the Space and Rocket Center, so it seemed appropriate to hit up a space-themed brewery.
The place was decked out with real-world Space related memorabilia and tons of Scifi items. They also had several scifi named beers.
We were fortunate enough to come on trivia night, and stayed long enough to realize we stink at trivia.“

“His food is amazing. I’m not vegan, vegetarian or any of that stuff. But, I consider his food to be the best in town. You will never leave their hungry or feeling cheated. His portions are gigantic and taste good.“

“I ordered a Newk's Q sandwich with a premium salad. The sandwich was delicious. The salad was just a salad and it was good.

Their menu had many choices and many different pairings. Prices for the side salads seemed a bit high in my opinion but that's just me. The sandwich prices seemed fair for what you get.“

“If you live or work in the vicinity of Winchester & Homer Nance I highly recommend trying Rafael’s Italian Restaurant!!! Not only because the place is nice and clean, prices are pretty amazing, and the baked spaghetti is FREAKING BOMB… but BECAUSE - I went by tonight to pick up our (now on permanent rotation) spaghetti and my order (always with special requests) was wrong. I ordered baked spaghetti with marinara (not meat) sauce, no mushrooms, add pepperoni and black olives. When I checked the order, there were mushrooms. So, I took it back inside. The young man that took my order looked puzzled when I said it had mushrooms & asked his co-worker if all baked spaghetti had mushrooms (he seemed fairly new). She said yes and he said, “Ah… she told me that (when I ordered), but I didn’t think it had them, so I didn’t write it down”. Then he sincerely apologized and asked them to remake it. He didn’t make excuses, he took responsibility and made it right. That, nowadays my friends, is RARE!! So, if you are out that way, give them a try!! I have had their pizza, the tortellini, & a large salad and all were good. The only thing I have not been impressed with is the garlic bread. Not toasted & not very garlicky. Not in the mood for Italian, they have sandwiches and even some Mexican-ish/Fajita type choices. Otherwise… 🤌🏻 They are just past Bed & Biscuit on Homer Nance. Bon Appetit!“

“My friends food was good but my pizza was not completely cooked when I got home, but after I heated it up some in the oven it was great. Overall the food was good I just have to check next time if my pizza is done all the way. When picking up the food the server behind the desk was very polite and presentable.“
