“10 out of 10!! I will choose Dutch bros any day over Starbucks. This team went above and beyond. We ordered a horchata chi and forgot to say strawberry so when we asked at the window if it already had strawberry in it they let us know that it was a different drink and it would be a quick fix. They took care of us even though it was our mistake and everyone has such great personalities and the hospitality is out of this world.“

“I hate to say this but whoever is creating the employee schedule may need to bit more training. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but my first time leaving a review. The employees are excellent and my drinks are always the same as the very first time I ordered! The only issue with this location is the number of employees on duty…Having 2 people making drinks and 1 person taking drive thru orders during lunch time is a terrible idea. I pre ordered through the app at 12:00. Joined the line of about 9-12 cars at 12:03. I just left the line at 12:30… when I got to the window, one of two of my drinks weren’t even finish. Don’t do this to your customers especially when most of us are on a lunch break and most importantly, don’t burn out your employees. Stop being cheap (if this is the reason why only 3 people are working) and hire more people to work during your busiest hours please.“

“lacey springs location is beautiful, laid back, and downhome. felt like something from needtobreathe or nickel creek. tried the iced front porch special. it was delicious and properly sweetened without distraction of the tea leave flavors. service was wonderful and kind. definitely recommend“
