Our server made an incredible Bloody Mary with a fried piece of bacon, petite olives & a Lawrys seasoned rim. Staff was all friendly & attentive. “Been eating at The Ark for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest childhood memories were coming in with my grandparents on Friday nights. Stopped in yesterday for lunch and while the catfish was as good as always and the service was excellent, we were all disappointed to find that they have changed hushpuppies. I HATE onions and one of the things I always loved about The Ark was that their hushpuppies had no onions. When we sat down yesterday, we immediately ordered a dozen (as we always do) but when we got them they had onion in them. As much as we enjoy eating there, I can get good catfish without driving over an hour to The Ark so the hushpuppies were the main reason we came. I guess we are done unless they go back to the recipe I have eaten for nearly 50 years.“
