“Megan was our cook and it was definitely the best that I have ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly. There were five of us there and everyone was very happy with their meal. Rachel was our server and was super sweet the entire time. I don’t go to Waffle House very often, but we had the best experience there tonight. We will definitely go back.“

I was impressed when one of the Co-operators, Michelle, came around to be sure our meal and service was good. “It was my husband's birthday ? . He wanted to try a new restaurant in our area. We were both surprised to find we had a hidden gem in our own backyard. Fodd was delicious Staff was Amazing they brought out a huge delicious brownie with vanilla ice cream and two spoons for his birthday dessert. So thoughtful and kind. “This would be my fourth time coming to briquettes twice for lunch and two times for dinner. I would recommend this place to everybody. Their food is fantastic I don't care what you order their ribs are off the chain so are there onion rings. As far as the service are concerned the only one I really remember is Braxton He was our waiter awesome waiter he goes out of his way and I do mean out of this way to help you. I'm going to be going back again.“

We were already prepared to pay the additional 4% charge for using plastic which is becoming far too mainstream for the Baldwin County area.Good was great, big plentiful portions. Fried items were fresh and not greasy. Hamburger buns were nice and soft.Be prepared to get some sticker shock on the tab - asked for a side of queso, quoted $0.50, ended up being $1. Also asked for roumelade to go with a crab cake sandwich (which arrived completely undressed) and that was also $1 unbeknownst to us.Service was friendly and attentive, although when a cup of ice water was accidentally spilled, the waitresses watched my husband clean it up and only offered to take the wet paper towels. He didn't mind cleaning up the mess, but getting stared at while doing it wasn't necessary.“

“We ordered breakfast and it was very delicious. We appreciated the menu choices. We noticed that the server was busy with several tables and left her an above average tip. However, they need additonal servers and better communication to know who has has paid already.“

“Hubs is a truck driver and we've eaten at a LOT of waffle houses. This one by far is the best! It's cleaner than most the staff is super friendly and helpful and the food tastes "fresher". Probably because the grill is cleaner. ? But I highly recommend.“

“There should be more than five star options for places like this! We are from Texas and let me tell you, we know how to do a burger, but this place put us to shame ! I have never eaten A whole burger in my life but I did not leave a single bite on my plate! “The people were friendly. The food was good that we ordered, no complaints there but we prefer the David's Catfish in Atmore, Alabama much better. Their coleslaw is better and if you don't want fried shrimp you have the option of grilled shrimp.“

“The staff were great. The food was served quickly. Pancakes were delicious. I'd pass on the hot chocolate next visit. If you can overlook the dust on the ceiling decor, this restaurant can be very charming. It has a whole retail portion at the front of the restaurant with toys, clothes and candy as well. If it's not too busy, you can even play checkers on the front porch from their rocking chairs.“
