The Farmhouse is a somewhat hidden gem tucked off I-59 in Springville, AL. Seriously, the menu is impressive, and I hear that their steaks are LEGENDARY.

The food is hot, fresh and very flavorful! I don’t know what they batter the onion rings in, but it is just delicious!“

“We have a wheel chair bound member of our party. The staff knew exactly what her needs were without asking. Salad was chopped so for a change she didn't have to sit there like a child while someone at the table cut her salad. Bathroom was totally accessible. Food was delicious. Wonderful visit.“

“The food was delicious. The new oreo cheesecake stuffed pancakes are good, but not many oreos. Biscuits are perfect, but could use a little more gravy. Catfish was seasoned perfectly. The evening staff is more attentive than the morning staff even though they were busier in the evening.“

The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“

“They did the best job catering our luncheon today! They displayed everything beautifully complete with serving utensils, adorable bowls for toppings, and even chalkboard labels. Best of all, not only was it beautiful, it was delicious! Great price too. Will definitely use again!“

“10 of us went to the Trussville Social to celebrate my mother in law's 98th birthday. We each ordered something different. They were very accommodating of our group. The food and the service were excellent. My 6 year old grandson loved the mac n cheese. The adults in the group were all very complimentary about the food and drinks. It is a very nice casual place to go eat and watch sports.“

Ordered the New York strip that was the best steak since we left Chicago. “This is my First time in a Waffle House and I must say I LOVE it. I tried the all star meal with a cup of coffee. Eggs were great, bacon was great, waffle and hashbrowns were delicious! I was there with some friends on a sunday so it was a but crowded but we managed to get a spot for all 4 of us. Even with the crowded diner, the service was GREAT! And the food came within 10 minutes! Definitely a great experience! 8/10“

“This was such a fun experience with the whole family. We enjoyed the movie and getting to do the drive in but all the extra things available to do while you wait is definitely a hit. I would suggest this as a fun family event. The teenagers enjoyed the putt putt and pool while the little ones enjoyed the putt putt and playground. The movie set up is great too.“
