“This was our first time eating lunch here. We ordered two meals on the light side (which is smaller portions and cost less). We finished eating and got our bill. My fiance told them they charged us too much. The manager came over and was very rude. He said we got a regular lunch. I told him we didn't know since this was our first time there. He said we should have ask! They should have given us what we ask for. How was we supposed to know to ask them how big the portions should be? They should know how to take an order and get it right. He gave us one order for free. I tried to get him to charge us full price because he acted like we was wrong not him. I have never had an manager of a business to be so rude to me. I got physically sick to my stomach before we could get out of there and I was having to fight back the tears to keep from crying. I will never set foot back in this place. It could have been handled so differently.“

“Overall a great experience. We used one of the private party rooms. Everything was excellent except the lighting. In the private event rooms, they could definitely use some sparse LED lights. I would suggest just to place some lights, need no more than 4 or 5. And, have the option for guests to turn them off if need be.“

Most of the time the servers are very attentive; occasionally when extremely busy, it might take a few extra minutes for the food to reach the table. Have never left hungry or dissatisfied. “The portions here are getting smaller and smaller. It was NOT worth the half filled cups of sides and maybe 6 ounces of meat that we got for $11.99. My meat and okra were cold. The place was dirty with trash all over the floor, the tables were so sticky that our napkins stuck to the table. Also, Do not go here to eat if your group is more than six people! You cant slide tables together so your party can sit together. You can't slide even a chair over to sit at the end of a table. You have to decide how to spilt up and sit at different tables even if it is for ONE single person that wont fit!! Lady told us we couldn't move a chair... that's ok, we wont eat here again.“

So I'm thankful for the people that were there our first girl must've been new because she seemed afraid of the large group of 7 she didn't know what to do and The waitress Kamiya came in and handled the table like a pro👌🏽 however she did have a lot of tables like I said staff appeared to be short staffed I saw Kamiya looking like the only one working on our side of the room anyway she did a great job for being stretched so thin , but the service I've come to love was compromised on this day however I will still come to this LongHorn♥️🙏🏽“

“You MUST try the Grilled fish! We did call-in. The to-go person was polite and very detailed-oriented. Our food was ready, correct and absolutely delicious as always! I LOVE this place! Tell them Ms. Teresa sent you for that grilled fish with bell peppers and onions!“

“Great food. Bit rundown, no drink refills and they got my order wrong but the fries were crispy and the fried catfish was perfect. It's nice they have Lowrys at the counter to season your food to your liking with some more flavor but it would be better if the food was seasoned right out of the fryer instead of at the window.“

“I didn't go in and I only had the french fries and they looked and smelled amazing but they were kinda stale, I could tell they could be amazing, tbh it was probably a fluke, my sister got the blt and she said it was good but she was surprised it was on a bun (not necessarily a bad thing) but it was super tiny.“
