“After an informative, multisensory, and emotional experience at The Legacy Museum, I walked about a block to Dreamland BBQ. I'd heard about the hickory-grilled ribs that made this place a local staple, so I got the rib plate with fried okra and slaw. A 10/10 meal, seriously.
I'm used to Texas-style spareribs, which have a pleasing glaze and finish. These ribs aren't that. The emphasis here is on maximum. They were smoky, super juicy, and seasoned (with salt) perfectly. They were cooked properly, too, meaning there was some tear between the meat and bone.
The staff was equally lovely. After lunch, I ordered an IPA, which they brew in house. For those who use Untappd, it is a Verified Venue.“

“My very favorite restaurant in Baton Rouge. Great variety of foods; have liked just about every dish I've tried. Most of the time the servers are very attentive; occasionally when extremely busy, it might take a few extra minutes for the food to reach the table. Have never left hungry or dissatisfied. I've introduced dozens of people to this restaurant -- all seemed impressed.“

“This was wonderful…the food, the service, the friendly people…I just can’t say enough about how much we loved this restaurant. Well we ate 3 of our 6 meals here. We would have eaten more but we ate two of our 6 at the Riverwalk Stadium during baseball games and another before we found the place. Love your Cafe! Oh and also the best sweet tea of my 61 years!“

“The portions here are getting smaller and smaller. It was NOT worth the half filled cups of sides and maybe 6 ounces of meat that we got for $11.99. My meat and okra were cold. The place was dirty with trash all over the floor, the tables were so sticky that our napkins stuck to the table. Also, Do not go here to eat if your group is more than six people! You cant slide tables together so your party can sit together. You can't slide even a chair over to sit at the end of a table. You have to decide how to spilt up and sit at different tables even if it is for ONE single person that wont fit!! Lady told us we couldn't move a chair... that's ok, we wont eat here again.“

“I had an amazing experience at this LongHorn location! Our server, Kelsey, was incredibly kind and attentive, and her sweet spirit made the experience even better. The food was outstanding. I had the 7oz salmon served over rice with crispy Brussels sprouts, and it was delicious. Overall, a 10/10 experience!“

“Had a taste for some good catfish while in Montgomery and I found Joe’s Again and man oh man am I glad that I did! I got the catfish plate and it was absolutely delicious!!! Three big, perfectly fried pieces of catfish, and the fries were plentiful, perfectly cooked, and amazingly seasoned!! Everything came out pretty quickly too! And very reasonably priced (especially for all that you get)! Get extra of the pickle-flavored sauce, it’s delicious! I will definitely be back before I leave!!“

“The wings are really delicious. They’re very generous with their sauces. If you ask for them, the food is very good and I love the chicken fried rice. There was never asked for two meals and we got the 19 piece wings and had leftovers for the next day.“

“Visited the drive-thru at this Cookout last night. I was very happy about the service. The female cashier at the window made sure to wipe off all cups of any drops of soda before handing them to me. I was very appreciative of that. The food was hot and delicious too. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but my drink tasted like a diet coke instead of a regular coke. It was all good though.“

“We love Smokehouse BBQ! It has a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Our waitress was sweet, the food was great and quick, and the owners are amazing! I highly recommend it, especially with the live music. The prices were good, too!“
