“The best experience I have had at a restaurant this year! The owner clearly cares about not only the absolutely amazing and fresh food, but a top-tier customer experience as well. Me and my girlfriend ordered about 5 things off of the menu and truly were blown away every time a dish was brought out. The owner also recommended a bundle of sauces that are made a plenty in this wonderful restaurant. My favorites are The Dictator and Jason’s Mom. A true 6-star experience at a great restaurant!“

“This location is always slammed packed. Inside and out. Parking lot is a nightmare. However, food was great and service was as well. I got a kids meal and it was $9.

I made a mobile order today around 12 noon. When I pulled into Curbside #30, the mobile app told me that there was an "error" with my order. So I made another mobile order, waited for it, received it, and left. After I reached my workplace, I received email receipts.

Apparently, the original order that was considered "error" did, in fact, go through and I was charged for it. Apparently, it was placed inside in the Pickup area.

I went back to Chick-fil-A and explained everything to Ms. Buchanan and explained to her what had went wrong. She gave me the option of a refund OR the food. I opted for the food because I would just give that to my Dad.

“We ordered wings through the drive thru last night and really enjoyed our experience. Everything was hot and delicious and our order was packed correctly . The lady at the window was very friendly. We loved the Jamaican Jerk wings and the lemonade was delicious. Will definitely go back .“

“You can’t beat the homemade French fries here. And such a huge amount! I like the free drink refills and condiments are easy to retrieve. It’s good that you can easily get a single or double burger and all the add in’s are free!
The decor is full of history of the chain and the service was efficient and the order taker was patient and pleasant.
I wish they used real cheese in their grilled cheese sandwich.
The free peanuts are a nice start while you are waiting for your order. This is a very casual place.

“I already love Dodge's, been a long-time customer since they opened up many moons ago. Love the crispitos, egg rolld with a side of check cashing and decent gas prices. However, idk where ya'll found Houston, but he is the ginger ray of happy sunshine ya'll need in the middle of the night! Not knocking anyone else customer service, but I love a good almost aggressively-friendly, polite, professional, quick, customer - oriented front line worker. I'm a hotel manager. Had a long, rough day, feeling like I shouldnt be so friendly, because I always have to be so serious and deal with people when they're at they're worst most days, especially lately. I walked in Dodges, didnt speak because I didnt want to, I was in my feelings, but Houston greets you from the door - loud but friendly as heck. I was so pleased. Was attentive to everyone ahead of me. He moves like he's on his 3rd of 4 Red bulls, with the quick thinking and efficiency with a smile and commanding friendliness that I need to go find again in myself. I was so impressed that I had to tell him that he's so friendly, don't EVER change that. “Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.

The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.

All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!

“Food may not be authentic Chinese food but it was yummy nonetheless. No photos but I went during 7 pm and they made my teriyaki chicken fresh and fried rice wasn’t hard. I do wish the food was warmer, kinda cold. I always love to eat an apple pie roll after my meal, it’s so good. Sherie is very nice and she was the one who recommended me the apple pie roll, she didn’t disappoint. Service is wonderful, can’t complain too much, I know they’re working hard and it’s nice to see. Not sure why they only have 3.8 stars, a lot of people ate there when I went and they seem like they enjoyed it. Don’t mind the rating, eat there and see for yourself.“

“The Cottage Hill location is the best Taco Bell in Mobile, AL, hands down. (The absolute best I’ve been to in the southern US as well) I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell when there’s one a two minute drive from where I live. I tell people to come to this location specifically over any other Taco Bell in the area.
I’ve been coming to this location since college and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh no matter what time I come, the staff if always friendly, and my order is always correct.
Whoever their General Manager is, they’re doing something right, and I hope they get the biggest bonuses.

Chris greeted me with the hello as soon as I hit the door and he was patiently waiting as I decided On what I want. “Best fast food experience I've had in a very long time.Everything was hot and fresh got 3 number 8 combo's large size. The girls liked it so much that they ordered it 2 days later and that's saying alot with the mardi gras parade offering multiple food vendors.We will definitely be going back when we are eating fast food even if it means driving a little further. My girls typically don't want to go to the same place more than once " because they just ate their " but they asked to go back. Great staff very friendly.
