“The best experience I have had at a restaurant this year! The owner clearly cares about not only the absolutely amazing and fresh food, but a top-tier customer experience as well. Me and my girlfriend ordered about 5 things off of the menu and truly were blown away every time a dish was brought out. The owner also recommended a bundle of sauces that are made a plenty in this wonderful restaurant. My favorites are The Dictator and Jason’s Mom. A true 6-star experience at a great restaurant!“

I made a mobile order today around 12 noon. When I pulled into Curbside #30, the mobile app told me that there was an "error" with my order. So I made another mobile order, waited for it, received it, and left. After I reached my workplace, I received email receipts.

Apparently, the original order that was considered "error" did, in fact, go through and I was charged for it. Apparently, it was placed inside in the Pickup area.

I went back to Chick-fil-A and explained everything to Ms. Buchanan and explained to her what had went wrong. She gave me the option of a refund OR the food. I opted for the food because I would just give that to my Dad.

“This location is always slammed packed. Inside and out. Parking lot is a nightmare. However, food was great and service was as well. I got a kids meal and it was $9.

You can get deals if you use their app. The staff is friendly and pretty quick getting your meal out. There's a drink station in the lobby so you can get free refills. They keep the tables clean.“

“I've eaten breakfast here many times and the food and service has always been excellent. The gentleman managing the morning crew is personable and you can see that he leads and manages his team. This morning (7/18/24) the young lady at the counter (Tylandria?) was very nice and helpful. I'm hard of hearing and she leaned forward enough and spoke clearly so I can hear her. Thank you! “You can’t beat the homemade French fries here. And such a huge amount! I like the free drink refills and condiments are easy to retrieve. It’s good that you can easily get a single or double burger and all the add in’s are free!
The decor is full of history of the chain and the service was efficient and the order taker was patient and pleasant.
I wish they used real cheese in their grilled cheese sandwich.
The free peanuts are a nice start while you are waiting for your order. This is a very casual place.

“I love the staff of the Dodges store on schillinger road. They are always very helpful.
Why on Sunday can just one of the 5 TVs in the store have the Saints Game on ?
Does the owner not like the thousands of folks from New Orleans that now live in Mobile ?
When I have asked that just ONE of the TV's be out on the saints game I've been told the staff is not allowed to change the channel.
Can the person who does have the authority consider the demographics of the store customers ?
The Washington game was on today and I don't think anyone in this part of the country cares . The other TVs just seemed to have on a random channel.
Maybe at least the store manager should have enough autonomy to make such a small decision?
I know they are very capable people.

The Champ Burger is delishhhh and so is the fry lover burger. And so are the fry season chicken tenders. Honestly you can't go wrong with anything you pick from here.“

I do wish the food was warmer, kinda cold. I always love to eat an apple pie roll after my meal, it’s so good. Sherie is very nice and she was the one who recommended me the apple pie roll, she didn’t disappoint. Service is wonderful, can’t complain too much, I know they’re working hard and it’s nice to see. “Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.

The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.

All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!

“The Cottage Hill location is the best Taco Bell in Mobile, AL, hands down. (The absolute best I’ve been to in the southern US as well) I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell when there’s one a two minute drive from where I live. I tell people to come to this location specifically over any other Taco Bell in the area.
I’ve been coming to this location since college and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh no matter what time I come, the staff if always friendly, and my order is always correct.
Whoever their General Manager is, they’re doing something right, and I hope they get the biggest bonuses.
