“The best experience I have had at a restaurant this year! The owner clearly cares about not only the absolutely amazing and fresh food, but a top-tier customer experience as well. Me and my girlfriend ordered about 5 things off of the menu and truly were blown away every time a dish was brought out. The owner also recommended a bundle of sauces that are made a plenty in this wonderful restaurant. My favorites are The Dictator and Jason’s Mom. A true 6-star experience at a great restaurant!“

“The schillingers Rd store is awesome. They are a very busy place but they have a good system in place. The service is fast and accurate 99.5% of the time other than salsa given every time even I've asked not to in the app and in person but they put in bag. Very minor issue but it is one. The people there are always friendly and helpful. Wished the workers could accept tips because they work hard and will not accept tips because they are not allowed evidently. But anyways, I'm thankful and I appreciate the service especially in the curbside for those of us who have a drive thru phobia(being stuck or trapped or vehicle problems). Thank you! I would feed y'all but y'all already have the best breakfast and lunch

Their cinnamon raisin biscuits are the absolute best, I'm so glad they brought them back. I have raised my own children on Hardee's. The ladies that work here are so nice and treat you as family.“

I was so impressed that I had to tell him that he's so friendly, don't EVER change that. I was in this exceptional restaurant again today and everything was even better than before. I dined in and forgot a package on the counter when I ordered. After I sat down, the extremely friendly and helpful Lady, that took my order, brought my package over to me. Not only are the Burgers and fries GREAT, the people that work there ARE EVEN BETTER.

“Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.

The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.

All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!

“Love the walnut shrimp! The grilled chicken was so nasty. I wish I saved the picture I took. I don't know what it was but it was not chicken!! The look of it was like fake chicken that had been in plastic and water. And the taste and texture was just as gross. Don't recommend that. But the rice and everything else was great!!“

“The Cottage Hill location is the best Taco Bell in Mobile, AL, hands down. (The absolute best I’ve been to in the southern US as well) I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell when there’s one a two minute drive from where I live. I tell people to come to this location specifically over any other Taco Bell in the area.
I’ve been coming to this location since college and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh no matter what time I come, the staff if always friendly, and my order is always correct.
Whoever their General Manager is, they’re doing something right, and I hope they get the biggest bonuses.

“The service is what made the atmosphere great at this location. This was my first time going inside this location because usually I’m at the drive-through. Chris greeted me with the hello as soon as I hit the door and he was patiently waiting as I decided On what I want. To say he was polite is not to say enough he was so attentive and kind and genuinely so imo. After ask me what drink I wanted , He asked if I wanted lemonade mixed with it because it would be good. I got the dragon fruit fresco with a lemonade and he was totally right. Thank you, Chris! I was super impressed by his presence and willingness to do this and this was an empty store except for one person inside so the tendency is to just forget about the service when it’s not busy, but To my delight and surprise Showed up with excellence even when no one was watching. “Best fast food experience I've had in a very long time.Everything was hot and fresh got 3 number 8 combo's large size. The girls liked it so much that they ordered it 2 days later and that's saying alot with the mardi gras parade offering multiple food vendors.We will definitely be going back when we are eating fast food even if it means driving a little further. My girls typically don't want to go to the same place more than once " because they just ate their " but they asked to go back. Great staff very friendly.
