“They are getting alot better in the last few months. The employees are alot more friendly now than in the past. They also smile more, have friendly energy in their voices, and say "Thank you" and "have a nice day". I love that they've added an extra drive thru line. They also get orders more correctly nowadays and make sure the proper condiments are there with every meal. Keep this energy up!“

“This McDonald’s is the worst ever I how a chicken McDonald’s griddle add egg and cheese with a plan bagel with aside of the breakfast sauce. When I asked for more sauce because I dip the bagel in it and I got told this all we can give but if I wanted it on the bagel and aside I would get more but because I want just aside of it this all I’m aloud to have so if u came to my job and I give u a half donut I’d be wrong smfh. “This place was packed out in the drive thru and inside the store but they were very efficient and organized and worked at a very fast pace and moved the drive thru line and front counter line in a timely manner and got all the customers on their way quickly and got all orders out quick and accurately.“

“Staff were nice. From arrival to leaving. The manager, Ms.Tamika, was outside running food in the rain, was BEYOND polite and gave direction while explaining why things were happening the way they were. Burger was hot off the grill, the fries were fresh and the order was accurate.

“This is long been one of my go-to McDonald's I drive out of my way to go to this one. Unfortunately it now is slowly sliding into the same pattern as the rest of them of course it is nowhere near as bad as the one in Semmes. The attitude the response time the shortness of the comments.. I guess they ran out of good employees and had to hire this crew 🫤. The pickup window was still friendly everything was correct and they were courteous when I asked if The ketchup was in the bag. Spent approximately $18. Food was hot The order was correct.“
“I went through the drive-thru last night and the lady at the window was so sweet and so polite and very friendly you don't see that very much anymore customer service is just about going out of the window but anyway it was a wonderful experience and then when I went to the next window to get my food the young lady was real sweet and she gave me my drink and I actually drove off without my food but when I got home and realized I didn't have it I went back and they still had it waiting for me so it was really nice“

“Service wasn't great only register open was drive through until a lady complained and then they opened the front register. Prior manager didn't leave front register open before leaving from her shift ( we overheard someone say it ).“
“Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.
The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.
All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!
