McDonald's in Mobile

“Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.

The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.

All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!

“Best McDonalds experience I’ve had in a while. The guy in the drive thru was polite and even said you’re welcome. The guy at the second window was also extremely nice and wished us a happy holidays. Fries were super fresh and full to the brim. My mcdouble had extra onions like i ordered. No complaints!“

“They are getting alot better in the last few months. The employees are alot more friendly now than in the past. They also smile more, have friendly energy in their voices, and say "Thank you" and "have a nice day". I love that they've added an extra drive thru line. They also get orders more correctly nowadays and make sure the proper condiments are there with every meal. Keep this energy up!“

“I visited this McDonald's June 19 and was very pleased with my order. The burgers and fries were just right. The associate who took my order was very polite and did her job very well. This was inside by the way. Place seems very organized and very prompt on orders.
I will be back. Good job to all there“

“Well it's always a hit and miss. Sometimes everyone is nice and times the girl gives u your food and slams the window back. No how are you, have a good day, nothing!! Sometimes the food is perfect, but like last night, my fries was burnt and nasty. But they have the best sales and coupons and you can't go wrong if you have the app!! We have been going to this Mc Donald's for 10 Years now. She always say " Hi...thank you for choosing mc Donald's, may I take your order??? When I get to the Window see always asks, How are you doing today? "Thank you, Have a good Day and Come back to see us soon." We love that Strong positive note. I have never had an employee act like her. She dominates and run that drive thru in a fine, patient and pleasing manner

Parking: No problem for me in and out if you just popping in unlike us my grandbaby loves the jungle gym

“This place was packed out in the drive thru and inside the store but they were very efficient and organized and worked at a very fast pace and moved the drive thru line and front counter line in a timely manner and got all the customers on their way quickly and got all orders out quick and accurately.“

“This McDonald’s is the worst ever I how a chicken McDonald’s griddle add egg and cheese with a plan bagel with aside of the breakfast sauce. When I asked for more sauce because I dip the bagel in it and I got told this all we can give but if I wanted it on the bagel and aside I would get more but because I want just aside of it this all I’m aloud to have so if u came to my job and I give u a half donut I’d be wrong smfh. “Compared to other McDonalds customer service, I believe this is one of the best in Mobile. Sure, there are going to be long lines at busy times, but the employees are efficient in checking on the customers waiting. There was a employee working really hard at the front counter checking on all the customers, and checking on lobby eating customers, and there was a pure genuineness with this employee.

I have to give my appreciation towards the manager as well, as if you're waiting a good while, I have received a free large drink (which I'm a patient person lol but the gesture was appreciated).

Overall, they always cook my food perfectly, there are frequent people at lunch time that I see dine in a lot due to the great job these employees do, and the waiting is very fair. 5 stars!“

“This is long been one of my go-to McDonald's I drive out of my way to go to this one. Unfortunately it now is slowly sliding into the same pattern as the rest of them of course it is nowhere near as bad as the one in Semmes. The attitude the response time the shortness of the comments.. I guess they ran out of good employees and had to hire this crew 🫤. The pickup window was still friendly everything was correct and they were courteous when I asked if The ketchup was in the bag. Spent approximately $18. Food was hot The order was correct.“

Parking: The parking lot of Mickey Ds on Barancas in Pensacola, FL, was very clean, shrubbery, neat with plenty of parking.“

“I went through the drive-thru last night and the lady at the window was so sweet and so polite and very friendly you don't see that very much anymore customer service is just about going out of the window but anyway it was a wonderful experience and then when I went to the next window to get my food the young lady was real sweet and she gave me my drink and I actually drove off without my food but when I got home and realized I didn't have it I went back and they still had it waiting for me so it was really nice“
