“Today on September 26th 2025 me and my sister who are from out of town stop there to try y'all and had the best experience and best tasting food for Mediterranean food that we have eaten on the Gulf Coast the service was good the servers were excellent with five stars to each one of them very respectful and highly recommend it to come back and highly recommend to other people service and food and atmosphere was superb keep up the great work“

Y’all, I’ve ordered from Chicken Salad Chick in Mobile at least 3 or 4 times now, and I swear each time feels like the first bite of something so good it should be illegal. In a sea of heavy, greasy delivery options, this place is a breath of fresh (and healthy) air.
The food is next-level fresh—like it was made moments before it showed up at my door. The chicken salad? Flavor-packed. The croissants? Buttery perfection. The sides? Legit craveable. And the best part? It somehow makes you feel like you just ate a homemade meal without lifting a finger.
Whether it’s a light lunch or a full-on feast, it hits every single time. I’m literally tempted to order again while I’m writing this review. If you’re in Mobile and haven’t tried it yet, trust me—this is your sign.

“It was pretty good for the price, they have Chipotle Sauce, A1 and some smoked Tabasco. The manager/hiring boss was there, he was cool as a cucumber, showed me a couple of sauce combos that were fire. Pro tip mix the A1 with the Tobasco for your fries. Legitness“

“Very clean and service was swift and pleasant. The folks made sandwiches as if they liked sandwiches and they seemed like they wanted to be there. I got the #13 and it was a very good sandwich although the bread didn't taste noteworthy and it just seemed small compared to the other place I like
But this is closer so I will more than likely be coming here rather than the other high powered sub place

“I didn't try the restroom but everything seemed clean. Greeted at the door and staff were all pleasant and attentive. The Gargantuan is the perfect sub and I have yet to be disappointed. L got the vegetarian which Is though was pretty sparce. It's just veggies and should be packed for the price. But it wasn't. But L was satified, so I'll go with her opinion not mine. Thank you!“

“My absolute favorite subway location. Always super quick, accurate on ingredients, as well as friendly. They don't cut your short on ingredients or forget to toast a subway, etc. Highly recommend this location. They also have a drivethru!“

Ask for Tanya, because she makes the best sandwiches, and she is excellent at her job. “Staff was very friendly and greeted upon entrance. Service was quick and food was fresh. I ordered a small turkey sub and it was fixed perfectly and worth the money! “Tonight was my first time going to Firehouse Subs and I must say the service was excellent! The young lady at the register walked me through the whole process of ordering clearly and patiently. The young lady who made my sandwich was quick and very pleasant! I will definitely be back again!!“

“My partner and I ordered online at 6:05pm on 12/29/23 and were told the order would be ready by 6:20pm. We arrived by 6:15pm and waited until 6:20 to try to pick up our order.
Once we entered the store there was a line of not only walk in orders but online orders. Apparently the receipt machine was out of paper and was not updating employees regarding what orders were being made online and what not so they were far behind (but doing their best).
We waited in line with many others to inform the employees of our order which took us about until 7pm to get made. Thankfully the employees at this location aced fixing the situations and kept their composure (as a previous food worker I know the situation can beyond stressful, especially when customers get frustrated or entitled). Unfortunately we were also told they were out of napkins as well (kindly offered paper towels instead).
The issue I see here is inventory control. This set employees up for a disaster of a shift considering it's a prime location off of a busy street and more often than not employees do not get a day in whether or not to keep online ordering on. Five stars to the employees but 2 for the management/inventory control manager. Employees deserve better and if it's a continuous issue not only do you risk losing customers due to wait times (not employees fault) but also potentially losing employees for lack of stability in the work place as this sets them up for not only a hectic shift but also aggressive customers. Customers quickly become entitled and blame the employees in front of them even if they had nothing to do with the issue. At the grandbaby location I saw a perfect example where it wasn't the employees fault but he was verbally harassed and berated by a female customer for something he could not control and did his best to fix. Management/inventory control needs to do better. Way to go sandwich makers/cashier's at this subway, keep up the good work!“

Orders a day before a customer even walks through the door, people mess up and that’s okay that doesn’t mean you go online and start degrading the people that work there🤣🤣🤣. And firehouse doesn’t have apple juice there’s no reason to get unreasonably upset about a little cup of apple juice.“

“I love everything about Subway everything and the people are magnificent they need a raise a big raise we need more people like the one that's already working in there they are super super super super super super super superb my sandwich was $7 and some pennies I gave the lady a $10 bill she was getting ready to give me the change left out of it I said no you can have it every time I go in that particular Subway I leave a tip“
