“We go to a restaurant to eat, sometimes we go for atmosphere. The food was great. If you want cozy and romantic; not here. This PO is in what looks like a converted Hardee's. The food was fast and good. This is a good place for a good fast lunch. There are tables outside for dining. We ate inside like the others. The weather was not in our favor.“

“We are Taziki’s big fans for many years. Our lunch today was the Chicken Pasta Salad weekend special. Food was outstanding and their balsamic dressing is the best. Food was delivered quickly. Ashley took our order and brought our food to our table. As always she was friendly professional. Never had a bad experience at Taziki’s.“

“I’ve been eating at cava all over the birmingham are but the cava on 280 has become my favorite. I was welcomed in by the Cava employee by the name of Wade. Wade was the most friendliest person I’ve met in any Cava restaurant. He was very polite and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed and he made a great bowl, thanks I will always look for wade when I come into this restaurant because he didn’t make me feel rushed“

“We weren’t quite sure what to expect, especially since there isn’t an updated menu available online—but that only made the experience more exciting. We were pleasantly surprised to discover Chef Mark Addison, just 25 years old and incredibly talented.
We had the opportunity to sit at the chef’s table, where each dish was presented with thoughtful detail and genuine enthusiasm by Chef Mark. Drawing from his Italian and Irish heritage, he brings a unique perspective to his cooking. He even spent a month studying cuisine in northern Italy, where his grandmother is from—a connection that clearly influences his work.
As for the food: the beet and goat cheese salad with kumquats was fresh and beautifully balanced. The prawns and mussels were an absolute 10. The trout was fantastic—perfectly cooked with a crisp skin and a delicious, well-executed sauce. The lamb chops were, without question, the best I’ve ever had—sourced from Colorado, incredibly tender, and paired with a standout mint-pomegranate sauce.
It was also a pleasure to watch the young kitchen team in action. Their passion was evident—you could truly tell they love what they do.
I won’t be surprised when, in a few years, I see Chef Mark in a major city and Michelin rated.“

“The food was delicious as always but they were short on wait staff and it took quite awhile to get our food. Was very disappointed when they brought out breadsticks, not their usual. When we asked what happened to their fantastic breadsticks, we were told we could still purchase a breadstick for $2.00. Wish we were told that to begin with. The portions have also gotten quite a bit smaller. But still delicious .“

“The house salad is excellent and I can't stop ordering it. The Chicken Sautee appetizer is unique and I can't stop ordering that, either. I'm still going through the rest of the menu and so far I've been more than happy.“

“I love wings plus. Out of all of the Wings joints I've been to Wings Plus in Bluff Park tops them all. I have never had anything less than freshly made delicious food and I don't just order wings. The place is always neat. I know restaurants were hit hard by the pandemic and have a hard time finding people to work. I've never been treated anything less than respectful and kind. The guys in there are great“
