“Depending on what you're ordering and what time you order it, it can be great. At 7:00 p.m., I ordered the dinner special -two piece chicken. Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!“

“Just ate at The White House Restaurant in Warrior, Alabama AGAIN! The food is always delicious! Today we had the seafood special that they have on Saturdays and it was awesome. My husband and I had flounder, shrimp, stuffed crab, hush puppies, coleslaw, and a baked potato. Wow! Scrumptious meal and so much of it that I’m stuffed. Maria was our server this evening and even though the restaurant was packed and super busy she kept a smile on her face while taking care of us and everyone around us. We were super pleased with the service and the food!“

“We have a wheel chair bound member of our party. The staff knew exactly what her needs were without asking. Salad was chopped so for a change she didn't have to sit there like a child while someone at the table cut her salad. Bathroom was totally accessible. Food was delicious. Wonderful visit.“

“I've been driving past this place for months and thought I needed to try it. Today was the day, Chili Cheese dogs for me and Slaw dogs for a co-worker. “It's in the middle of the city basically and, they do give military discounts so I got 15% off military discount babe I mean the food's not to die for but the food is good, it's better than you can make it home, but it's expensive. And I mean I believe that it's more expensive than your average restaurant, I mean it's not McDonald's either so, you get better food for the same price then you would at McDonald's but it's still $20 to go in there and eat and so I just think that that's getting too expensive I guess it's comparable to anywhere else, but it's still ridiculous“

“My husband and I often eat at the Metro Diner Trussville, AL location, because the food is excellent, and the staff is amazing. So, when he said he was going to order our Thanksgiving dinner from them, I was not surprised. And, y'all, it was EXCELLENT! A lot of food for a reasonable price, and everything tasted delicious. Plus there was plenty for leftovers. I know who we'll be having to cater our Christmas dinner. 😀“

“I had not been to a Sneaky Pete’s in at least 30 years, always had great food so working in the area I decided to stop.
WOW! SO GLAD I DID!
The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“

“Ok, so I’ve been to Trussville Social 6-8 times and always have had horrible experiences. It’s clearly very poorly managed. The service is usually awful, as is the food. A friend had a birthday party last night, with a group of about 50 people. I was real bummed when I found out that I had to spend an evening at Trussville Social. While I didn’t order food (that ship has sailed, I will NEVER order their food again, especially with Ferus right next door) our server was absolutely amazing! Nicole was very attentive and sweet. She knew everyone by name in a matter for a few minutes and hustled to make sure we all had what we needed. Nicole’s service restored my faith in this establishment and I may even go back on my own accord at some point, for a drink. I will say that there was a group that was WAY over-served playing the punching game all evening. They were screaming and yelling and acting a fool. One of the members of their party threw up everywhere. He should have been cut off but, again, poor management. Thanks Nicole!!! You are awesome!!!!“
