“Beautiful place to eat and watch a game. Theirs a young lady there that should be a Manger. November 19 2023 at 430. The original female taking my order was very slow. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes I was walking to the door. This young came from the drive thru, and asked if I wanted to order. I said yes. She really took care of me and I thanked her for her service and taking care of me. I am trying to call the store manager to speak to them about giving her a raise!“

“They are a small business food truck that demonstrates nothing but exemplary customer service. My husband went by while they were in Helena for their to die for peach crumble. They were out of the dessert but they offered to make half a pan for us and said they will have it ready the next day at their next location at Shelby Baptist. I went by to pick it up and not only did they have it ready but they brought it out to me at my car. They are such nice people and I’m very happy at the customer service they display. Let’s support Battle Axe and I urge you to make it a point to go by and try all of their scrumptious food. Thank you Battle Axe.“

“Fantastic Five Guys at Stadium Trace in Hoover. This Five Guys is not a corporate location but a local franchise, so the prices are reasonable. Great burger and the fries are the best in Hoover. Come Fall, their outdoor seating area will be a great option for seating. (Even today it was comfortable).“

“I love this place! It has a warm environment and caring staff. It’s the best place in town to get a chicken salad. The chicken is seasoned well and very tender. The dressing appears to be made from scratch. They are also very generous with their portion sizes, I can often share. If you haven’t tried this place it’s worth checking out! “We were traveling and stopped here for breakfast. Food was fresh, prepared exactly as ordered, great presentation and with large portions and our order came quickly. This is my second IHop that I have visited this month in different locations and both have been consistently good.

When we entered we were greeted with a friendly host and we were seated right away. Typical atmosphere style from other IHops. Clean and well organized staff. Our server came to us right away and when we were ready after bringing our drinks he then took our order.

We ordered a steak burrito with fruit and a chicken fajita burrito with pancakes. Food was amazing, and their pancakes were awesome. Very reasonably priced and we were in and out quickly to continue our travels.

“I stopped in this morning and got 2.5 dozen donuts, plus a couple just for me. I was impressed, as I pulled up there is plenty of parking, walking in the door I was impressed with the lay out, how clean and organized the location is. They have roll up garage doors for warmer weather, custom HERO t-shirts and hats for purchase that were really cool. I travel for work and try to stay away from chain donuts due to poor quality, and they are usually just thawed, hard and taste like cardboard. I love local places, HERO checked all the boxes. I loved how creative they are with the fall-Halloween themed donuts. I had a pumpkin spice, and WOW was it good. It had a cream cheese frosting inside that reminded me of my mom's pumpkin log roll...but better. Service was quick, and polite. My customer loved the donuts, creativity, and packaging. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to AL, and stopping in at HERO for a fresh, delicious breakfast treat!“

“I’ve been going to this American Deli since 2011 - so much the employees know me and at one point were discounting me on large drinks. Their wings are unmatched. I haven’t tasted any better anywhere else ever. Also, their drinks are really good. I highly recommend!“
