“Jack's has been a staple of Pleasant Grove for as long as I have lived here.. with that being said, I think its time they just close this location for good. Never get what you order, always missing items. If I could give this location zero stars... it would still be too high. I'd rather drive an extra 30 min to another location.“

There is interesting Alabama and Auburn memorabilia and photos on the walls. Plus a Homewood Patriots jersey. The staff and manager are friendly and professional.“

“They are a small business food truck that demonstrates nothing but exemplary customer service. My husband went by while they were in Helena for their to die for peach crumble. They were out of the dessert but they offered to make half a pan for us and said they will have it ready the next day at their next location at Shelby Baptist. I went by to pick it up and not only did they have it ready but they brought it out to me at my car. They are such nice people and I’m very happy at the customer service they display. “I ordered to of the #6 specials which was burgers, my two loved it. The burgers was homemade and nice size. It was worth it. I ordered a sampler for myself which was 2 ribs with bone, chopped BBQ, and 1/4 chicken which was the breast and wing, with Mac n cheese, and Baked beans.
Now my ribs was kinda on the dry side, the chopped BBQ was about the same, so I skipped out on trying the chicken. The Mac n cheese was a disappointment, just broke my little heart!. The bake beans was ok.
I can't say I won't visit anymore, but I will not be going out my way to go there.“

We spent less money here than we would at Taco Bell or McDonald's! If I lived over by it, I would literally eat here every day!!! I got fried catfish, the Cajun ranch fries and a small chicken salad. Good Lord I've NEVER had a salad THAT good before!!! And I'm 54 yo!! It has a ton of stuff in it!!! My husband got the same Cajun fried and a gyro that was amazing as well!!! I completely forgot to take pictures. But trust me, it's worth it! I can't believe they weren't more busy at 5 pm on a Saturday. We were the only ones dining in. “🤩🤩This is my go-to location for IHOP and it’s simply the best. I usually order delivery and the food presentation and quality is top tier, I always get exactly what I ordered. The chefs are superb, I’ve never had a bad experience, I usually order the same munchies every time and each time I can tell they care. Without asking they usually provide extra napkins, condiments and the food has a sticker on it so I know no one opened it.
