“Tried First Watch here in Prattville today. Our first visit, ending up getting breakfast, was really impressed. Great service i dont remember our waitress name but she was wonderful, she recommended some menu items for us and the food was so good, fresh and delicious. “We had Nicole for our server - she’s also the manager and she was amazing. Friendly and polite, and patient and helpful. The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!“

“We are the captains seafood platter n The Battered fish and 🍤 with baked potato corn on the cob in coleslaw it was very unsatisfying they gave us the wrong fish on the captain's platter and the crab cakes stuffing with hard as well the corn you could not bite into we was very disappointed the potato was very hard“

However, the manager at the time Jacob, rubbed me the wrong way how he kept approaching staff with constant criticism. Not a leader, just in a management position. I listened to him approach the staff behind me and I really did not like how he communicates with them.
