The fries weren't fresh, and the Diet Coke needed recalibration. Popeyes is usually good and high quality, but the one in Rainbow City is slacking on quality. The cashier at the window was awesome, friendly, the way customer service should be.“

“I came in at lunch time and a soccer team had just come in. The coach let me get in front of them. I had my meal within a few minutes. They were taking orders and putting them out in rapid fire. This place is well organized. I'm really impressed. I got my meal at 1:12 and they managed to get about fifteen meals out to these kids in under twenty minutes from first order to last. “After reading recommendations for the best fried chicken in Gadsden, I drove out today. I got 12 pieces of dark meat fried chicken and took it home. I was pleasantly surprised. It was good! It was well worth the drive. It was $23.10 for 12 pc. dark (chicken only). That seems kind of high to me but the chicken was good. What do you think - is nearly $2 per piece of fried chicken expensive or am I just out of touch?“
