“My order was not ready by the time the app gave me, and my cheesesticks were not made with the rest of my order prolonging my wait time. However, the pizza, both flavors of wings, and the cheesesticks made up for a longer than usual wait. Everything was delicious and made correctly.“

“My wife and I stopped by the Drive-Thru for a couple of Chicken Sandwiches Combos and were disappointed with the quality of the food. The sandwich was really good, but it was greasy. The fries weren't fresh, and the Diet Coke needed recalibration. Popeyes is usually good and high quality, but the one in Rainbow City is slacking on quality. The cashier at the window was awesome, friendly, the way customer service should be.“

“Customer service was very polite. They caught my Jr whopper due to it was a special ordered and made a fresh patch of onion rings because the ones on my plate would had been cold.
That means a lot when have great service, atmosphere and food.“

“I visit your restaurant at least twice a week sometime more. I only do drive thru .my issue is the cleanliness of your pick up window .dead moths and flies
and garbage on the ground. I know your location by the water is the reason for the moths BUT would probably take 5 or
10 minutes to wash it off before opening.Just a turn off when you're picking up food“

“After reading recommendations for the best fried chicken in Gadsden, I drove out today. I got 12 pieces of dark meat fried chicken and took it home. I was pleasantly surprised. It was good! It was well worth the drive. It was $23.10 for 12 pc. dark (chicken only). That seems kind of high to me but the chicken was good. What do you think - is nearly $2 per piece of fried chicken expensive or am I just out of touch?“
