“got the pulled pork sandwich. meat had ZERO flavor and was as dry as boomer humor. the seasoning sauce was water scared with garlic powder. potato salad was disrespectfully disgusting. banana pudding was watery and the bananas were black. green beans were dumped from a can and had less seasoning than printer paper. Mac and cheese was essentially just pasta in a cheese water sauce and the atrocity of what they dare to call sweet tea was an insult to all southerners. get a better staff too. they carried a conversation and it was quite clear they wanted to keep talking when I was approaching. the lady at the pickup register talked over me and was obviously annoyed to be at work.“

Lastly, what makes the taste of the chicken is the sauce that wasn’t even placed in the bag. I have had better but it was something about today. “I usually stop by Foosackly’s in Semmes on Fridays after a sport event, football, baseball, basketball and enjoy a salad and some tenders with my wife. Last Friday, after getting home, I found that the tenders were a little over cooked resulting in a rock hard batter which was uncomfortable to bite or chew. My wife called and spoke to Ethan the manager and he quickly offered a gift card equal to our charge so that we can get our Friday night game Foo on our next visit. After a mixup with the email, Ethan was true to his word and sent the card directly to our email. Ethan was absolutely wonderful to my wife and did everything that a business should do to keep customers coming back. Thank you Ethan…. We’ll see you Friday night.“

“I am in Mobile for business and had an early start. The 2 outstanding people that were working at 4:45 am on Thursday morning on 9/25/2025 were amazing! Service 6 out of 5 stars, food well I wish all of the waffle houses cared this much and the entertainment and laughs. I truly needed that. I thank you both!!! I wish I knew their names. Best waffle house ever just gave me hope in the brand again!“
