“This was our first time here. We had reservations for 6 and when we walked in we were immediately taken to our table and it was all ready with waters and menus and utensils. Our waitress, Hannah, was awesome! She was super friendly and attentive; a complete delight! The food was served fast and everyone loved their dish and the charcuterie board for appetizer. The drinks and wine were excellent! The atmosphere was so nice. We all agreed that it was one of the best places to eat and we had friends from NY visiting. “got the pulled pork sandwich. meat had ZERO flavor and was as dry as boomer humor. the seasoning sauce was water scared with garlic powder. potato salad was disrespectfully disgusting. banana pudding was watery and the bananas were black. green beans were dumped from a can and had less seasoning than printer paper. Mac and cheese was essentially just pasta in a cheese water sauce and the atrocity of what they dare to call sweet tea was an insult to all southerners. get a better staff too. they carried a conversation and it was quite clear they wanted to keep talking when I was approaching. the lady at the pickup register talked over me and was obviously annoyed to be at work.“

“We decided to try this place tonight and it was a good experience. We both had the burger and it was pretty good. The fries and onion rings were ok, nothing special. The cheese bites were delicious. The prices were really good and that’s what saved the experience for us. If it had been more expensive I would be disappointed.“

“I usually stop by Foosackly’s in Semmes on Fridays after a sport event, football, baseball, basketball and enjoy a salad and some tenders with my wife. Last Friday, after getting home, I found that the tenders were a little over cooked resulting in a rock hard batter which was uncomfortable to bite or chew. My wife called and spoke to Ethan the manager and he quickly offered a gift card equal to our charge so that we can get our Friday night game Foo on our next visit. After a mixup with the email, Ethan was true to his word and sent the card directly to our email. Ethan was absolutely wonderful to my wife and did everything that a business should do to keep customers coming back. Thank you Ethan…. We’ll see you Friday night.“

“I am in Mobile for business and had an early start. The 2 outstanding people that were working at 4:45 am on Thursday morning on 9/25/2025 were amazing! Service 6 out of 5 stars, food well I wish all of the waffle houses cared this much and the entertainment and laughs. I truly needed that. I thank you both!!! I wish I knew their names. Best waffle house ever just gave me hope in the brand again!“

“In my opinion, today’s food was awful. My grill quarters that I purchased as a take home meal was still pink on the inside as if it was rushed on the grill. They were out of a few items on menu. Lastly, what makes the taste of the chicken is the sauce that wasn’t even placed in the bag. I have had better but it was something about today. However, my son’s ribs in his opinion were burnt and just wasn’t good. I will return in hopes that the food is better.“

However, this time in particular our waitress was so RUDE, and never refilled any of our drinks, and when we asked for a refill, we were told we couldn’t get refills because they don’t do to go cups??? “The customer service here is by far one of the best I have gotten at any “fast food” establishment! I come here pretty frequently on Fridays and from the cooks to the front end staff, everyone is so incredibly friendly! Even when they are swamped, they still seem to muster up those smiles and keep on trucking! My food is always made perfect and I absolutely love coming here!! Keep it up!! :)“
