“My husband I dined here after a show at Springer. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I enjoyed the decor, especially the little lights on the tables. My husband ordered a steak, and I chose the crab cakes. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection, and both meals tasted very fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes and the quality of the food. “We usually stop here for a bite and drink once a week bc it’s convenient and the best place within a couple of miles. Not usually too crowded on Friday night around 6:30. Has Friendly bartenders, rest of the bunch not usually happy. My appetizers are good, drinks good but they’re often out of appetizers I want. And out of steak on steak night. When I’ve had a full meal here, it’s ok for the price. It’s a drive to anywhere better.“

Not sure why you can get either whole or half hot dog; I've never asked. I did splurge last visit and got the scramble dog. I think everyone should try the scramble dog at every place that they have them in search of the best scramble dog. Hidden Grill has pretty good scramble dogs. They have great slaw. Do not skip the slaw.“

Kid-friendliness: Not too good. We avoid it when we see kids here. It becomes so noisy..most parents do NOT control their children here. It is small and not appropriate for crying, loud kids.“

“I went with my boyfriend and we got Liz as a server. We ordered our food and a few minutes later Liz comes back to show something to my boyfriend. She showed him that we could get a free entree with a purchase of another entree and two drinks. We had no idea about that, completely missed the sign when walking in. Because of this we saved $17. We can't thank Liz enough for saving us that extra money. She was very sweet and provided excellent service. We would return to this location just to see her again.“

“We went to Captain D's on Manchester expressway in Columbus GA. I saw one cashier and one cook during the visit. One woman was doing drive through and front counter. She didn't seem flustered, never got rude and our three separate to go orders were correct and delicious. Not to mention was a busy time of day..
