Has Friendly bartenders, rest of the bunch not usually happy. My appetizers are good, drinks good but they’re often out of appetizers I want. And out of steak on steak night. When I’ve had a full meal here, it’s ok for the price. It’s a drive to anywhere better.“

“My husband I dined here after a show at Springer. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I enjoyed the decor, especially the little lights on the tables. My husband ordered a steak, and I chose the crab cakes. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection, and both meals tasted very fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes and the quality of the food. We plan to visit again, and I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want quality food and exceptional service.“

“Can't explain; other than I've been eating here for over 40 years. My Dad loves hole in the wall hot dog joints. Must've rubbed off. I get 2 whole chili dogs and tots; all the way. Not sure why you can get either whole or half hot dog; I've never asked. I did splurge last visit and got the scramble dog. I think everyone should try the scramble dog at every place that they have them in search of the best scramble dog. Hidden Grill has pretty good scramble dogs. They have great slaw. Do not skip the slaw.“

“Once again, I had passed Hartz many times in Phenix City. Finally I had spare time to seat down and eat, rather than pick up and go. Great value for money. The buffet had a very generous selection. Everything was hot, fresh and very tasty. Enjoyed it immensely and will definitely return.“

“I went with my boyfriend and we got Liz as a server. We ordered our food and a few minutes later Liz comes back to show something to my boyfriend. She showed him that we could get a free entree with a purchase of another entree and two drinks. We had no idea about that, completely missed the sign when walking in. Because of this we saved $17. We can't thank Liz enough for saving us that extra money. She was very sweet and provided excellent service. We would return to this location just to see her again.“

Kid-friendliness: Not too good. We avoid it when we see kids here. It becomes so noisy..most parents do NOT control their children here. It is small and not appropriate for crying, loud kids.“

“We went to Captain D's on Manchester expressway in Columbus GA. I saw one cashier and one cook during the visit. One woman was doing drive through and front counter. She didn't seem flustered, never got rude and our three separate to go orders were correct and delicious. Not to mention was a busy time of day.. Thanks captain d's!? we got seafood sampler platters, fish and chip dinners, chicken dinners, jalapeno poppers and cheeecake.?“

This used to be a respected restaurant but its poor management and quality is questionable as to how they stay open with little staff and employees playing multiple roles and the customer is neglected. “This is the 13th Street Red Lobster - listen people - they may need some new carpet, cleaner bathroom, more help, and some renovation- but the food was EVERYTHING- I tried the New Sesame-Soy Salmon Bowl - when it touch the table I was blown away at the presentation/appearance- just beautiful- everything on that bowl looked fresh and it was ABSOLUTELY delicious- the ginger drizzle on the salmon and the Brussels sprouts was just crazy delicious- and when I tell you it was on the lunch menu - it was just enough - I pushed to finish eating it - whoever Red Lobster hired as a chef on this day - please keep them and watch your business rise - I can’t remember the young lady name that waited on us but she was all over the place helping everyone and she did an awesome job - we did not have to wait long for food because many people have not been going to this location- welllll they got my business back - oh by the way my friends that was with me had fried flounder and it was very fresh and delicious- thanks to Red Lobster and the team for stepping it up“
