“I have only eaten here a few times but the food is always great and the customer service is even better. I came to pick up my order one day and the food was not ready. The girl working the window offered to deliver the food to my vehicle so I didnt have to leave my kids waiting in the car.“

“My kids love McDonald's; I, on the other hand, am not their biggest fan. But the other day my mom-in-law, my daughter, and I had plans to go to Birmingham for the Nutcracker show and decided to stop here on the way for lunch. The place was clean, the food was great (I tried the Filet O'Fish) and the service was good. Will be back.“

WOW! SO GLAD I DID!
The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“

“Kristen the bar tender was extremely friendly and made me fill right at home.She stayed on top of my and everyone else's drinks and food.She was extremely patient with several guests at the bar which was very impressive these days.Definetly will come back to this location.“

“I'm amending this review. I used to go here twice a week.. not anymore! EVERYTIME I go now.. the service is abysmal. The food is ALWAYS wrong and the prices have become outrageous. I won't be back for awhile.. and then again only to get the situation. It's sad..“

“My wife and I have always been a good customer to Jax and I’ve been please with the food up until tonight. We had the worst chicken dinners we’ve ever received from any restaurant. The chicken was over cooked and did not appear to be fresh whatsoever. The biscuit was hard, the coleslaw was not fresh at all and we could not eat our dinners we’re very disappointed“

“My son and I occasionally enjoy dining in to "get out" of the house. He loves the rocky mountain fudge shake and I love the cookies.Also I always get the 4 piece chicken tender meal and give one to my cat bc he deserves it more than I do. “

The Farmhouse is a somewhat hidden gem tucked off I-59 in Springville, AL. Seriously, the menu is impressive, and I hear that their steaks are LEGENDARY.
The food is hot, fresh and very flavorful! I don’t know what they batter the onion rings in, but it is just delicious!“
