“Typical Subway. Lots of take out orders. Moderately slow at lunch but service was quick. No more than 2 waiting on orders at any time. Seems to be family ran. Nice people. Moved quickly. I like the new menu. I didn't really have time to study it. I got the Boss, which is Meatball with pepperoni. Very tasty. The marinara is a little watery, like it is diluted. Made the bread quite soggy.Overall, it is Subway. No major problem“

“I've been to many Subways over the years, but Sylacauga's store on Hwy. 280 is our go-to sandwich shop. Great owners and great food - everything you've come to expect from Subway. We used to visit only occasionally because I didn't care to stand in line to order, but once I discovered their online ordering, we go at least once a week! If you haven't tried it, it will change the way you Subway! You can take your time to customize your sandwich any way you want (right down to salt and pepper), and it's ready in 15 minutes. Walk in the door and let them know you've ordered online, and NO WAIT! The food is always great, and these guys really know their business!“

“Ok while the donuts (ones they have) are good & so are the other items. BUT the customer service is NOT good, there is no “Good morning, Thank you, or come back to see us” nothing! No personality it seems. Also the selection is no where near what the menu is. I’ve been several times lately and they have 3 different flavors of donuts. Please don’t have a menu if you don’t have the items. Just my opinion. Like I said the items they have are great! I know this is a very mixed review.“
