“Me and Jeanette Maddox spoiled we love this restaurant better than Subway the Troy Alabama location is so beautiful and the food is delicious and we always love the subs when get our checks the subs are so big and worth the fresh meat and we love you guys and I love Subs and I buy 2 giant subs and I love the fact we can enjoy lunch we come during the day to order and walk out Jeanette Maddox always treat me to lunch and treat her we call each other Thelma and Louise..welove yall Go Troy Trojans and we love the food and we stop at Walgreens and buy chips with our foodstamps at Walgreens we love each other..and Italian Subs and Shoot and Ladder I got my Masters Degree with Troy University Go Troy Trojans love yall..and it better than Subway excellent customer service and thanks for the southern Hospitality we love Sweet Home Alabama...“

“Such a wonderful atmosphere. First time, kids enjoyed their lunch, pastrami mamma was awesome. I'm a pickle lover so. Not disappointed, next time the nachos. So good forgot the pictures.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of salads and I'm sure if you ask they will make a bun less sandwich.

Kid-friendliness: Little walk loop across the street. Outside seating, plenty of tvs, we didn't ask but I'm sure they would've put on cartoons.“

“First off my high score was for the employee named Reagan. I visited the store after work the evening of 11/26/25. When I arrived there were several people ordering with multiple orders. I was patiently waiting for the next employee to come to the front to lend a hand but no one showed up so I continued to wait patiently. Reagan fixed those sandwiches and mine amazingly and his customer service was excellent. He’s a 10/10. My takeaways on the visit was the lighting outside is too dim. Also, your employee working alone in this darkness is dangerous. I’m sure everybody wanted to be home with family but owners step in if you don’t have the staff and lend a hand and so your employees lives won’t be at risk.“

“Tonight they ran out of bowls for their soup but instead of them coming to me to let me know they put my soup into two cups. When Jesse the young man that waited on us brought our food to us he apologized and told me that he just wanted to let me know that they were sorry for the mishap. Jesse was so sweet about it and I told him thank you for doing that for me.“
